A) PORTABLE CABINS UNITS (European Quality) SALE AND

RENT FOR OFFICES AND ACCOMMODATIONS We are hiring and selling high quality office spaces in all variations and size combinations based on a 6.00 m x 2.50 m grid which is ISO standardized 20 feet Units. The rooms can be assembled on one level and can also be set on top of each other to get a two storey building as standard construction, but can also be ordered to reach buildings up to four levels with internal staircases.

Description: A) System consists of a prefabricated steel frame, prefabricated insulated floor and roof and PU Foam insulated sandwich wall panels 80mm. Doors, windows, partitions, A/c can be located as per your requirements. Our product offers highest quality - for instance but not limited to:

- Wall insulation made from PU Foam panels with thickness of 80mm - Double glazed windows inclusive window blinds - Sealed against sand, blown by wind (rubber sealed doors and windows) - And much more

B) Our service can include the sanitary areas with toilet, washbasin and pantry as small or big units. C) To provide our clients a full service package our basic quotation can include (but is not limited to) the supply of air condition units, pantries, fire extinguisher as per detailed description in our proposals. D) As a matter of course our service comprises the assembling and dismantling. Any required maintenance can be done by us periodical or when needed. E) Delivery times and rates are depending up to the volume of the ordered units and the time of using by our clients. The basic grid with wideness of 2.50m per unit can be assembled and fixed on a mobile flat bed trailer and so always with you, whenever you change location. We can service to you the moving from one to another place.

C) PORTABLE CHEMICAL TOILETS FOR RENT & SALE INCLUSIVE SERVICING & MAINTENACE

In addition to our Porta Cabin Service of high quality and fast delivery - finally fixed or temporary used - room solutions we can offer you chemical toilets for multifunctional range of use.

Two different types are available as follows:

A) The ASPEN SQUATTING STANDARD TYPE, as FRESH WATER FLUSHING type.

B) The ASPEN WESTERN STANDARD (SITTING) TYPE, as FRESH WATER FLUSHING type.

The Units dimensions are about 1.20 m width, 1.20 m depth and 2.40 m high and the empty weight is about 70 kg. Its further equipments are:

- the toilet (squatting or western) with 65 gallon tank capacity (246 litres) - urinal and washbasin - heavy duty thermoformed poly skid - thermoformed walls with high-density poly and build-in camber to increase the strength - the twin sheeted heavy-duty door and jamb with a maintenance free integrated hinge has superior strength,

hover handle, interior locking mechanism, oversize mirror, occupancy indicator - translucent roof with spacious headroom - different available colours for Door and surrounding walls - and some more for comfortable use

We can also service the toilets to you. Our Service Truck will come minimum three times a month, at agreed days or along your requirements to empty the septic tank, to clean the toilet by high pressure water washer, to refill the deodorizer and the fresh water tank and to refill the toilet paper. - Emptying the 65 gal capacity Septic Tank for squatting and western (sitting) Type Toilets by Truck mounted Vacuum Pump System.

- Cleaning the Toilets by high pressure water pump and refilling the deodorizer against smelling in the sewage tank. - Refilling the Water Tanks, Wash Basins and placing toilet paper. All Services are possible up to 15 m distance between the Truck and the Toilets

Further to our portable toilets services we expanded the development of portable units into shower units. These portable showers can be placed without separate footings or special prepared underground. • Water connection/plumbing can be offered and installation can be done also

• Main water line shall be connected to pressure pump

• Shower units will be placed in line by hose connection from the pump

• Water pump requires power connection

• Water heater can be installed also

• Inside water mixer and shower and shower curtain is included

• All plumbing is pre installed in PPE system (green hoses)

• Drainage will be collected and can be brought to underground tank

E) SEWAGE WATER COLLECTION AND REMOVAL

Further to our portable toilets services we operate a fleet of vacuum sewage tankers of different sizes for sewage water collection and removal. Our staffs is well trained to operate in different fields of working conditions like

- Construction sites - Labour camps - Inside industrial/fabrication areas - Public visited areas like Airports, Ports, Hotels - All kinds of underground tanks - As well as to operate under special conditions as our customers requirements

We serve strictly according local laws and regulations related to dispose the colleted

waste water. Our fleet consists of vehicles in perfect conditions and best maintained quality with all fittings installed on them like pump systems, lightning and general conditions of the vehicles.

Our aim is to service our customers seriously on time and as per our customer’s requirements – even in difficult situations.

F) MOBILE CRUSHING & SCREENING

We have long time experience in Qatar to operate our mobile crusher & screening plant equipment to produce all sizes of materials or aggregates required by our customers. By heavy low beds we mobilize all our required equipment direct to customer’s projects on site and produce materials from existing stock piles on site. Even near movements on site are possible as all our machines are track mounted.

CRUSHING of materials from stock pile or excavated areas into different material sizes as per QCS or special requirements. SCREENING of materials from stock pile or CRUSHED materials to get up to three different aggregate sizes within one screening sequence as per QCS or special requirements. Double & triple deck screen available. RELATED SERVICES like providing full or partial needed equipments to run the crushing and screening Job (Excavators, Loaders, Dozer …)
