Founded in 1993, CheckPoint Pumps & Systems utilizes over two decades of engineering experience to provide

clients with the most suitable, cost-effective solution to match their needs and technical specifications.

CheckPoint designs and manufactures, for sale or rent, high-performance chemical injection systems, process

packages, well control panels and hydrostatic test equipment for accurate and reliable dosing, transfer, and

pressurising of all types of process chemicals and fluids.

CheckPoint offers a significant advantage over the vast majority of skid fabricators; we not only design and

engineer standard and custom skid packages, but we also have unparalleled knowledge of the most critical part of

any chemical injection process system, the pump—because we design and manufacture it. CheckPoint products

are known to be some of the most reliable in the world, and they can efficiently withstand some of the most

challenging conditions, such as high viscosities, harsh/caustic chemicals, high pressures, extreme temperatures,

which completely and effectively will remove the demands of system maintenance from your operations. The

From our regional facility in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, we serve not only the complete Middle East Region, but

PRODUCT RANGE

Pneumatic Pumps Overview

• Series 1250 & 1500 - CheckPoint’s 1250/ 1500

Series pumps deliver up to 36.25 USG/H (137.21

L/H) and can reliably inject into pressures up to

15,000 PSIG (1,034 BARG).

• Series 6200 - The Series 6200 pump features a

unique head design, which integrates a check

valve into the plunger tip and moves liquid on

both sides of the stroke, thus increasing flow

output and providing continuous injection. The

Series 6200 maintains flow rates that range from

1.8 – 58.0 USG/H (6.8 – 219.5 L/H) and reliably

injects into pressures up to 10,000 PSIG (689

BARG).

• Series 5400 & 8400 - CheckPoint’s Series 5400

pump was developed for continuous, accurate,

and reliable injection in harsh offshore and

remote locations. We designed this pump for

vital, mission-critical chemicals like methanol,

drag reducer, and other expensive, hazardous,

and corrosive production compounds. The 5400

and 8400 pumps deliver up to 1,160 USG/H

(4,390 L/H) and can inject into pressures up to

20,000 PSIG (1,378 BARG).

Electric Pumps Overview

• Series FXA 1250 & 1500 - CheckPoint’s Series

FXA 1250 and 1500 represent modular, scalable

electric pumps with a highly efficient drive

mechanism. Single and multiple FXA drives

accommodate a variety of motors and a full

range of plunger diameters from 1/8” to 1 1/2”

and ANY Series 1250 or 1500 chemical head.

• Series 1250 / 1500 E & F- CheckPoint’s E and F

Series Pumps offer high accuracy and head

multiplexing ability. The pumps have a variable

eccentric drive for stroke length adjustment to

alter the flow rate required. The pumps deliver

up to 56.13 USG/H (212.45 L/H) and can inject in

to pressures up to 9,000 PSIG (620 BAR).

Solar Applications Overview

• Solar FXS - FXS Solar Injection System’s

lightweight, portable, and sturdy design lends

itself to easy mobility in the field. Depending on

location the system can deliver up to 47.24

USG/D (178.82 L/H) and can inject in to

pressures up to 12,000 PSIG (827 BARG)
