The work included construction of reinforced concrete foundation, erecting transmission masts, electrical installation, steel fencing, generator, AVR and ATS installation, Guard houses and toilets construction and other related infrastructure. The work included heavy concrete structures, deep foundations, heavy steel works and erection of masts ranging from 36 meters to 80 meters high.

CONSTRUCTION AND EXTENSION OF DOUBLE STOREY BUIDING

This project involved construction and extension of double storey house, swimming pool, swimming pool change rooms, Boundary fence and other related works.

3.1.1 General Construction works We have undertaken construction of various buildings: office blocks, houses, schools, clinics, roads etc.

3.1.2 Generators installation We have installed many generators, by constructing reinforced concrete slabs, bolting gensets to the slabs, including installation of cables from generator to meter box and to internal Distribution boards and all equipment and buildings.

3.1.3 Communication mast construction

We have constructed many communication masts for cell sites as outlined in the attached documents.

3.1.4 Electrical Installation We have installed electrical systems for domestic and industrial use including single as well as three phase systems.

3.1.5 Cell site equipment container installation

We are able to assemble and install containers by bolting them to the plinths including construction of reinforced concrete plinths. We have also undertaken installation of GSM and Radio equipment as per specifications.

3.1.6 Equipment and generator plinths The slabs are constructed as per designs. We have installed many of the above containers on Celtel (Now Zain) and MTN Zambia sites including internal electrical reticulation, assembly of container and installation of all accessories. All cabling and earthing conductors are neatly routed vertically through PVC sleeves underground.

4 SYSTEMS AND METHODOLOGIES

4.1 Quality Management

The Company has in place a Quality Management System together with a comprehensive set of documented quality control procedures which meet the requirements of The Construction Regulation Body in Zambia. Precise Products Limited complies with this Quality Management system, and shares the belief that satisfying a Client’s requirements and achieving project objectives are essential quality issues.

Prior to commencing work, a Quality Plan is developed which conforms to the requirements of the clients and which is tailored to that specific project, incorporating all contractual requirements. Fully documented records are maintained of all quality related activities, and these are always available for inspection during the project implementation.
