Mr. Champ Srichokchai Mr. Champ has been the President of Europellet ltd since June 2014. With 10 years experience in project management, renewable energy & energy conservation consulting, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the company. The development of renewable energy power plants with additional experience in the management of energy within the network. Mr. Champ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics – Energy from Naresuan University. His studies & analyses include project feasibilities of Solar Farms, Wind Farms, Waste to Energy plants & Pellet Factories.

Wood Fibre Processing Europellet offers a full range of integrated fibres including Para Wood, Teak, Husk, EFB, Napier and Eucalyptus. Our operations include wood pellet manufacture, wood chipping and sawmill, operational management, marketing, trading and vessel loading. Over the past 10 years, Europellet has grown to become one of the largest independent processors of wood fibre for the rubber, furniture, biomass and packaging industry. We process approximately half a million tonnes of wood and bark annually into high quality wood chips. EuroPellet has developed pellet facilities in Thailand to supply pellets to utilities in Asian and Europe under long-term contracts. In conjunction with these projects, EuroPellet has secured a long-term arrangement for exclusive priority access at the Port for handling, loading and storage of over 0.25 million tons of pellets annually. Together, these businesses provide a complementary and strategic platform for diversified growth and leadership in the expanding global wood fibre industry.

Wood Pellets Wood pellets provide a clean energy source for power generation. The global demand for wood pellets is forecasted to reach 150 million tonnes by 2020, which is nearly three times the current global demand, according to the Global Market Players and Trade April 2011 report.

EuroPellet has positioned itself as an industrial scale supplier of wood pellets in global utility market, with a longer-term objective of becoming one of the largest pellet producers in the world.

In May 2014, Europellet acquired Bio Energy and Pellet (Thailand) Co., Ltd , the largest producer of pellets in Thailand. established in 2013, operates two wood pellet facilities with a combined annual production capacity of 20,000 tons with heating value 3,800 – 4,200 kcal/kg at ash <3%. Established equipment & technology have been enhanced by Europellet industries’ expertise. The facilities are strategically located in Southern Thailand Southern, which is the largest raw material source for wood pellets for ship to overseas market.
