commitment to cater the Global needs for knit and casual clothing. The Project has employed

the State-of-Art technology in its every aspect of investments. Aiming at the context of the changing

Global demand pattern, international environment on trade specially the withdrawal of quota

system and GSP and the availability of craftsmanship in the country. the project encompasses the

Knitting & Dyeing [under consideration of expansion program! and Readymade Garments

production !including Cutting, Sewing, Ironing & Packing) to be available from one stop service.

The Project ensures sampling to supply of finished RMG all from one source, imminent on time

delivery and complying quality. The machines and equipment's setup for the projects are procured

from world-class brands, names renowned for their high quality, product integrity and dependable

production.

The Project is established in 2016 , but the manpower engaged in the Projects to carry out the day to day

business are all highly skilled, purely professional, vastly experienced. The unique combination of

organized Managerial and Technical team on one hand is latest, advanced and balanced

technology; on the other hand made the project one of the top to be referred in this field in the

Country. The best use of continuous development of Human Resource, by providing them

The Project is located in Dhore Main Road, North Rajabari, Turag, Dhaka 6 kilometer distance from the International Airport of Dhaka, Bangladesh. A well developed Road Communication is there to reach the factory from the Airport as well as from the Dhaka City.

Readymade Garments:

The Garments Section consumes fabrics entirely from its own source. The Garments Section has the

capacity al producing various Knit Garments as follow, T-Shirt, Polo Shirt, ladies-Wear, Jackets, Tank-Tops,

Kids Wear, Trousers

Legging, Bermuda etc.

Present Garments Production capacity:

Garments Production Per Day : 5,000 Pieces

Garments Production Lines : 3 Lines

Garments Manpower : 150 Persons

Fabric Requirement for Garment : 1000 Kg/Day (26Tons/Month)

The Garment Section is enriched with Cutting, Sewing, Quality and Finishing Units having all required standard equipments and skilled manpower in each unit. Below, the Garment Section is found at a vision .

Cutting Unit contain, well decorated and fully compliant production floor with 100'x 225'

cutting table., 2 (two) electric Cutter Machine, big size cut penal quality check table and enough

number of skilled manpower.

Quality Unit (Sewing & Finishing) is especially mentionable for its sell acquaintance. The unit maintains AQL for 100% garments and it has a good reputation for much, skilled and dynamic manpower strength. They keep all quality assurance related documents for each style and preserve these for Future reference.

Finishing Unit is enriched with adequate s ,skilled and dynamic manpower. The unit has separate PAcking Area (metal free zone), Spot Removing, Thread Sucking, Steam Ironing, Poly· Folding and Cartooning areas. This unit has a well planned Production Flow setup.

Needle and Sharp Tools Control management is very much functioning in the Garments Section.

Fabrics Production

Knitting Section: The Unit has the strength to produce various types of fabric , like Single Jersey, Pique and Double Pique, lacoste, Waffle, Rib, Inter Lock. Fleece, Design Interlock, Feeder Stripe, Engineering Stripe, Lycra attachment, Flat Knit Collar & Cuff making with half jacquard design. All above fabrics is, lycra Knitting.

Knitting Production Capacity: 2000 kg all grey fabrics per day

The project has taken core of Social accountability and has the following logistic supports:

Future Plan

Knitting, Dyeing & Dyeing Finishing:

The Management of the company has a firm desire to set up a Knitting, Dyeing and Dyeing Finishing unit with computerized, modern and world branded machineries & equipments to procure required fabrics from own source.

Printing:

Printing section is under feasibility stage and hopefully it will be implemented soon.
