EXPERIENCE

PALAZZOLI was founded in 1904 by the “Knight

of Labor” Federico Palazzoli as a company

specialized in electrical devices and industrial

installations for power distribution.

More than one century later, the unrivaled quality

and safety standards that made this company

so innovative back then, continue to be our top

priority. This commitment has established the

PALAZZOLI brand as synonymous with reliability

in the electro-technical field, a leading position

recognized by our wide customer base and

constantly reinforced by the outstanding quality

of our products, as proved by the several Awards

bestowed: Red Dot, Design Plus, Construmat,

Good design, etc.

We have extended our presence in the

electromechanical field in all the main Countries,

with more than 100 Partners.

From the headquarters located in Brescia more

than 300 Employees serve an organization of

5.000 Dealers all over the world.

The Group is composed of Palazzoli historical

brand, Lewden, Stral, CGD and Palazzoli Middle

East. In a complete and constantly renovated

range of products, Designers and Installers can

find state-of-the-art solutions, which are long-

lasting even in the most demanding needs.

VERSATILITY

We are the only Company manufacturing

in several different materials: thermoplastic,

thermosetting (GRP), aluminium, stainless steel

and brass. This allows us to offer the ideal solution

according to the environment characteristics, thus

guaranteeing the performance of the installation

and safety. The metallic products are treated

against corrosion, powder coated in a completely

automated process with hot polymerizing.

The powder coating quality is constantly monitored

with destructive mechanical and chemical tests

on manufactured products.

The plastic moulding department is equipped

with state-of-the-art machines with moulding

parameters controlled by computers and assisted

by handling robots for the collection of pieces

and sprues.

All the working cycles are GREEN certified.

No toxic materials in the production, no dangerous

release for the environment. We use photovoltaic

plants to produce 100% of the electric energy we

consume.

RELIABILITY

The final phase of the production is the assembly

and quality control. All the products are

manufactured on complex automated assembly

lines, with 100% of mechanical and electronical

test, to guarantee quality and reliability.

The whole of production is constantly monitored

by Quality Assurance. Design, production, control

and maintenance activities are in accordance

with ISO 9001 standards and procedures. Palazzoli

is certified since 1996 by CSQ.

New technologies have been adopted in the

warehouses and logistics as well: automated

vertical warehouses and barcode optical readers

make the delivery faster.

The continuous attention of Palazzoli towards the

innovation and the improvement of processes and

production flows, shows today a company which

is completely computerized and automatized

from the perspective of an industry 4.0.
