Our Integrated Sustainability & Creating Shared Value Strategy development service supports organisations in creating, maintaining and measuring the conditions under which, humans, nature and organisations can exist in productive harmony and thrive. Creating Shared Value is a growth strategy and an approach to solve societal issues profitably for a win-win-win outcome.

Our B-BBEE specialists focus on B-BBEE advisory services including compliance, transformation strategy development & implementation support, ownership structuring and analysis, management of fronting risk and implementing authentic broad-based ownership schemes. Private Equity Fund: The Fairtree Empowerment Fund I is a black owned private equity fund, focusing

primarily on unlisted private equity investments in predominantly South Africa. The objective of the fund is

to mobilise capital for sustainable and transformative change. All investments by the fund are regarded as

100% black under the new amended Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) codes.

The Fairtree Fund is managed by Fairtree Impact Capital, a joint venture between Fairtree Capital
