INTRODUCTION

The Shading Company (The Shading Umbrella Trading Co LLC) has more than 2 decades of experience in operation in the UAE. Formerly Falaknaz the Warehouse, we began focusing solely on shading solutions in 2019. The Shading Company provides a unique range of shading solutions for customers in the UAE and Gulf region.

The Shading Company is headed by technical and operations expert, Stephen Foot, who brings almost a decade of Gulf Shading experience to this role. Thomas Joy heads the Finance and Administration Department and has over 15 years experience in the field.

The shading company is Located in Al Quoz, Dubai. Our premises contain a production and assembly unit as well as a display space to allow customers to view the range of models and designs we have on offer.

We have an extensive range of brands we supply including Glatz Umbrella, Awnings by Llaza, Shade Sails by Soliday, Pergolas by Palmiya. We can also supply a range of fabrics to allow our customers to have a unique shading solutions.

Our Products

Umbrellas AwningsWe supply premium range Umbrellas by Glatz AG in

Switzerland which are suitable for high wind speed

locations and come with a 2 year manufacturers

warranty.

The Range include Giant umbrellas, cantilever and

centre pole designs. The Shading Company Stock

the most popular models for ease of supply.

Llaza have been manufacturing awnings

since 1963. The warehouse Supply both

Monoblock and Cassette awnings in

Custom made sizes and fabrics. Somfy

Motorised and Manual versions are

possible.

Shade Sails PergolasSoliday from Austria product high quality

retractable Shade Sails for homes and residences

aswell and for Hospitality projects. Motorised or

manual options can be installed with wall mounted

or free standing possibilities.

The Shading Company can offer a range of

pergolas from Multiple sources

depending on the requirements High

quality pergolas with adjustable louvres

are available from Palmiya and Llaza.

well as many more. We have a range of fabrics on

display for customers to choose.

We are able to produce custom made

Project: Royal Mirage Beach Club

We supplied and installed centre pole Fortino, Fortero and Fortello umbrellas in a range of sides with custom made based and canopies.

Project: Ce La Vie Restaurant

We supplied and installed Shademaker Sirius umbrella with custom made canopies and special bases. The Umbrellas were powder coated in a special colour.

Project: Allo Beirut

We supplied Fim Rio hanging umbrellas for Allo Beirut in Citywalk. Custom made canopies with white piping along with custom made steel bases.

Project: Blue Marlin Beach Club

We supplied Fortino centre pole umbrellas in 300cm dia for the Blue Marlin beach club. Each umbrella was supplied with a 60KG granite base.

Project: Wafi Gourmet

We Installed two Soliday CS retractable shade sails for Wafi Gourmet. Motorised with wind sensor. The tensioned shade sails cover 7m projection x 8m wide.

Project: Allo Beirut

We Installed six art monoblock manual retractable awnings for Allo Beirut in Dubai. With red and white striped fabric with a scalloped edge flounce.
