We offer also complete design and build packages taking an idea at a concept stage through to a quality finished product, providing clients with cost-saving proposals to meet budgetary requirements, whilst still achieving the schedule and quality parameters.

ROADS, INFRASTRUCTURE AND DEMOLITION WORKSPro Construction SARL executes turnkey master planning projects in addition to roads and infrastructure renovation. We excel in demolition of old or damaged structures, debris removal, roads excavation, utility services installation, roads pavement and illumination, roads boundaries and fences, low voltage and medium voltage poles erections, overhead and underground transmission lines, low current infrastructure services, installation of sewage lines, domestic water lines and rain water system.

i. Baabdat Hills Residential ComplexA 21 Million US Dollars project located in Baabdat. It consists of fifteen buildings housing ninety luxury apartments, complete with all facilities (gym, gardens, covered car parks, heating and cooling systems, chimney, solar system, motorized shutters, double glazing, double walls, roomless elevators with automatic doors, etc.).

ii. Wadi Abou Youssef Urban Planning & Infrastructure projectA 12 Million US Dollars urban planning project on a 700,000 m² area. Com-plete with roads excavation, utilities infrastructure, etc.

iii. Dhour Shweir VillageA 7 Million US Dollars project consisting of 7 Villas inside a gated com-munity. Each villa consists of an underground concrete water tank, a Basement and a Triplex livable area. Each villa has an independent garden along with all facilities (covered car parks, heating and cooling systems, solar system, chimney, motorized shutters, double glazing, double walls, roomless elevators with automatic doors, etc.).

iv. Ain Saadeh 3140-3141 Residential ComplexA 7 Million US Dollars project housing 24 residential luxury apartments.

v. Costa Brava Hotel & Resort(Sub-contracting) Demolition of Costa Brava Hotel & Resort (a 6 floors hotel) ad-jacent to Beirut Airport and removal of all debris without disturbing the aircrafts traffic for an amount of 4 Million US Dollars.

vi. Shweir Gate 1605A 6 Million US Dollars residential complex locared in Dhour Shweir and consisting of four buildings housing six apartments each.

vii. Demolition of a 5-story old building in Bologne (Metn) and removal of its debris.

viii. Demolition of a 5-story old building in Broumana and removal of its debris.

ix. Demolition of a 4-story building in Dhour Shweir and removal of its de-bris.
