WHO ARE WE?

• 1987 Founded to provide a service to the fleet of Oil & Gas support vessels sailing from Peterhead. Quickly established foothold in fabrication market, onshore & offshore, gaining a reputation for rapid response & on time delivery.

• 1992 Set up a marine division in Aberdeen, to provide a service to the fleet of Oil & Gas support vessels sailing from Aberdeen.

• 1998 Brought under the umbrella of Dales Group of companies.• 2002 Management buyout from Dales Group by the current owners, William Duncan & Graham Mackie.• 2004 Acquisition of Enterprise Engineering Services Ltd Aberdeen. • 2009 Kevin Thomson & Charles Lawson join Board of Directors.• 2010 Became a stakeholder in Peterhead Decommissioning Limited.• 2010 Sale of Aberdeen facility (EESL) • 2012 Completed construction of purpose built offices.• 2013 Completed development of site with new workshop, canteen and works office, and laid entire site with concrete.• 2016 Established the Offshore & Renewable division to supply customers with a turnkey service from Design /

Feasibility studies through the fabrication & Installation and commissioning as required. Servicing all the Energy sectors both onshore & offshore worldwide.

• Main facilities are sited within Dales Industrial Estate, on the southern approaches to Peterhead. This is 30miles north from Aberdeen.

• Conveniently situated a mile from the deep water port facilities of Peterhead Harbours and ASCo North & South Service Bases.

• Offices based in Aberdeen to ensure that our Offshore and Renewable customers have the immediate response and support that is required in todays market place.

WHAT DO WE DO?

• Design / Feasibility Studies - With experienced and qualified project engineers & with our alliance partners we can deliver the full design suite within all the energy sectors.

• Structural Fabrication - Fabrication and assembly of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium and alloys from nuts & bolts to 200Te structures.

• Pipework Fabrication - Fabrication and assembly of carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex steels, 6%Mo and cunifer, carrying an extensive WPQR data base to cover all types of piping scopes.

• Machining / Mechanical - Machining and assembly of all steel types, plastics and nylon, using full CNC, part CNC & manual lathes, millers, borers, drills and saws, Onsite mechanical support with qualified and experienced mechanical personnel.

• Onsite / Offshore - Supply of experienced and qualified manpower, equipment and materials to ensure a professional installation within the following: vessels, offshore installations, onshore oil & gas plants, process factories, wind farms and hydro & thermal power generation stations.

• Commissioning / Training – Assisting the customer with their needs to commission plant or equipment to the industry regulations, Providing the operative with the knowledge to ensure that maintenance and operation is achieved in an efficient and safe manner.

• Accredited to ISO 9001 : 2008 – Certificate No FM13632.• Integrated Management System policies & procedures developed in accordance with

ISO 9001 : 2008, ISO 18001 & ISO 14001.• Member of British Safety Council.• Registered FPAL supplier with “Verify” assessment carried out Feb 2009, 2011, 2012 &

2014 – Supplier No 10042569.• Registered UVDB supplier with “Verify” assessment will be carried out Sept 2016 –

Supplier No 206780.• Certified by DNV to fabricate equipment under the Pressure Equipment Regulations to

Modules D / D1 – Certificate Nos 06-ABD-PED-0008-D & 06-ABD-PED-0008-D1.• 550+ welding procedures qualified in accordance with AWS D1.1, BS4515 Pt 1& Pt 2,

ISO 15614, API 1104, EN 288 Pt 3 & Pt 9, EEMUA 158, ASME IX, DNV OS F-101 and ISO 19902.
