Application of Micro-electronics Mechanism

By application of micro-electronics mechanism, we can achieve a variety of complex features and effects, including sound, light, motion, voice recordable, and also create interaction across different elements.

Features/Effects for Enhancement

Sound - Can be customized to the specification requirements, from the type of sound (music, song, speech & sound effects etc.), to quality of sound (speaker type, volume, output quality, no. of speakers), to methods of trigger.

Light - By using different combinations of components and materials, we can offer endless variety of effects from twinkling lights to flowing rivers. Lighting options includes simple LEDs, Fiber Optics, Acrylic Backlighting, Layer light and more! Work with our designers to achieve your desired effect. Motion - Our gearbox mechanisms can achieve a variety of effects that can be applied to paper and non-paper products. Vibration, rotation, spinning, rocking, swinging and lateral movements are examples of some of the motions that are practical possible.

Features/Effects for Enhancement

Voice Recording - Personalization is known an added value. Our voice recordable mechanisms can turn any product into a memorable keepsake. Our mechanisms can also allow for extra memory to play a song after the user’s recording. Other new features are also possible such as Voice altering, “Fill in the blank” playback, real-time “Talk-back” functions. Interaction - Responding to the player’s actions, our mechanisms can be activated by motion, sound, light and even blowing. We also offer other functions such as wireless interactivity (Bluetooth, RF etc.) and voice recognition modules which respond to phrases or words spoken by the player.

From Concepts to Shipment : From 9 – 18 weeks SoundTech are specialists in the application of electronics to paper and plastic products and can support our valuable customers to bring exciting and innovative new products to market. The indicative timelines are as follows:

Custom-sampling Stage - Customer will advise product plan and what concepts they would like to progress - ST will provide layouts and guidelines for creative design - Retail packaging design - Samples will be ready 1-2 weeks after artwork receipt (if no new tooling is required) OR 2 -3 weeks after

artwork receipt if tooling is not ready and hand-made sample is needed.

Preliminary planning stage – Customer to understand the different products, light effects and sound functions ST can produce and the respective cost implications. Joint brainstorming to build up product plan. Concept Development.

Final Quotation Stage Based on sample specification, final packaging etc.

Order Confirmation
