Selfjector Hercules Series (SJ-H) is the latest model of Samgong-Mitsubishi Selfjector, the

brand name for oil purifiers manufactured by Samgong under Licence of Mitsubishi Kakoki

Kaisha of Japan since 1988. Samgong-Mitsubishi Selfjector (Hercules Series) has achieved

the highest degree of perfection as oil purifier to date by following our field-proven excellent

stability and reliability, while integrating new technologies, including high centrifugal force and

highly efficient discs. This model consisting of 8 different sizes has been developed to give more

toughness, less maintenance, higher purification performances and easier for installation.

Digitalization of detectors and gauges make daily inspection procedure much easier.

One man control accommodation ladders are designed and manufactured in each case

to suit the type of vessels and safety regulations of each flag country such as NMD, SBG,

manufactured cathodic protection systems for over three thousand commercial ships and

one hundred offshore structures.

Samgong has supplied cathodic protection systems for various structures at piers,

underground or submerged pipelines, nuclear power plants, petro/chemical plants, etc.

Samgong can also provide newly developed transformer-rectifier equipped HMI (Human

Machine Interface) software being capable of automatically working, setting up and

monitoring the system.

Samgong gangway towers are installed in more than twenty countries. ARAMCO of Saudi

Arabia, VOPAK of Netherland, OIL TANKING of Germany, FPCC of Taiwan, KNPC of Kuwait

are among our customers.

Approval is normally carried out by inspectors designated from customer side.

Since 1984, Samgong has produced over two hundred projects of gangway towers. Gangway

towers are produced in three different types; elevator type, column type, and rotary type with

overhead service jib cranes according to the working conditions of each pier. All gangway

positionings are automatically adjusted against tidal change and ship draft.

Explosion proof systems are also available for hazardous areas.

KSEP, KSP, Boryeong LNG TML, SK, Hanwha Total, S-oil, GS Caltex, SEC, etc.)

Vessel mooring system is very essential to safely utilize terminals which can be performed

with Samgong Quick Release Hook Systems (QRH) since 1999.

Samgong QRH has been continuously improved to assist better berth operations leading to

Samgong Docking & Mooring Integrated System (DMIS). Samgong QRH can also be provided

according to differing jetty properties and client specifications.

“SAMGONG-MITSUBISHI ONZ SERIES” is the water treatment system for NOx reduction

system. To prevent sulphur and particles from damaging the engine, cleaning of the recirculated

exhaust gas is required.This is performed in a combined cooling and cleaning process by a

pre-spray and an EGR cooler spray in the EGR system, using recirculated freshwater (FW).

If discharged overboard, the water quality must meet the international requirements for bleed-

off water as stated in 2015 Guidelines for Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems, MEPC 259 (68)

“SAMGONG-MITSUBISHI ONZ SERIES” satisfies and compliance with MEPC 259 (68)

(GUIDELINES FOR EXHAUST GAS CLEANING SYSTEMS).
