A number of new common area amenity projects began this spring, benefiting all HOA members. Golfers and homeowners overlooking the course may have already noticed a wide range of improvements to The Golf Club at Crystal Falls. Our goal is to enhance the beauty of the course, improve the water features and lakes and make it a more player-friendly layout with wider fairways and new cart paths and facilities throughout. Several holes may also be re-designed. The project is being completed in phases over a 12-month period to limit interruption to play. This effort is being managed and funded by The Lookout Group with Taylor Morrison providing financial assistance on several holes adjacent to their new community. A top tier destination golf course is the ultimate goal for our devel- opers which will increase property values. In addition to course improvements, the HOA’s 19th Hole Pavilion has broken ground. It will be available for HOA member func- tions by reservation and several golf tournament events. The new pavilion will also provide ample parking and restroom facilities for the new tot park and tennis court.
