A number of new common area amenity projects began thisspring,benefitingallHOAmembers.Golfers
andhomeownersoverlookingthecoursemayhavealreadynoticedawiderangeofimprovementstoTheGolfClubatCrystalFalls.Ourgoalistoenhancethebeautyofthecourse,improvethewaterfeaturesandlakesandmakeitamoreplayer-friendlylayoutwithwiderfairwaysandnewcartpathsandfacilitiesthroughout.Severalholesmayalsobere-designed.Theprojectisbeingcompletedinphasesovera12-monthperiodtolimitinterruptiontoplay.ThiseffortisbeingmanagedandfundedbyTheLookoutGroupwithTaylorMorrisonprovidingfinancialassistanceonseveralholesadjacenttotheirnewcommunity.Atoptierdestinationgolfcourseistheultimategoalforourdevel-operswhichwillincreasepropertyvalues.Inadditiontocourseimprovements,theHOA’s19thHolePavilionhasbrokenground.ItwillbeavailableforHOAmemberfunc-tionsbyreservationandseveralgolftournamentevents.Thenewpavilionwillalsoprovideampleparkingandrestroomfacilitiesforthenewtotparkandtenniscourt.

The 19th Hole Pavilion will feature expansive natural rock out-door entertaining/cooking areas overlooking the 18th green.
New Golf Club front nine restroom facility is now open.
The 19th Hole Pavilion restroom will also serve the tennis court and tot park.

ThepoolsandtenniscourtinCrystalFallsareavailableexclusivelytoourmembersandaccompaniedguests.Accesstotheseamenitiesaremonitoredforyoursafetyanddecalsarerequiredforvehiclesintheamenityparkinglots.Thegrottopoolandplaygroundisopenyearround,theQuarryParkamenitycenterisopenfromMemorialDayweekendtoLaborDayweekend.Thepavilionsareavailableonafirstcomebasiswithpartieslimitedto15persons.Foracompletelistofpoolrulesandreservationproceduresvisithttp://crf.goodwintx.com.
NO TRESPASSING. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY - SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISKNO DIVING. NO CLIMBING ON OR JUMPING FROM WATERFALLS.
• No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the pool at any time unless accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian. Persons 16-21 years of age must show a valid driver’s license or state ID to enter, and are limited to one (1) guest at a time. Each adult with a valid card key may bring a maximum of four (4) guests.
• Proper swim attire is required. No thongs or revealing attire allowed.• INFANTS MUST WEAR APPROVED PLASTIC PANTS OR SWIM DIAPER! If pool closure isrequiredduetoaccidentsfineswillbeimposed.• Entry using card key is required for each family. Granting entry to non-family members or unknown parties prohibited.•Removalofgravelfromplaygroundprohibitedandsubjecttofines.• Food and drinks not allowed near the pool at any time. • No public display of affection.• GLASS, ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO PRODUCTS PROHIBITED. •Norunning,horseplay,fighting,dangerousconductornoisewhichdisturbsothers.• Balls are limited to soft materials such as Nerf balls.• PROPPING GATE OPEN IS PROHIBITED, EVEN TEMPORARILY.• No radios, stereos, CD players or musical instruments which disturb others.• No public intoxication or profanity allowed. Refusal to follow posted rules or aggressive behavior towardpoolmonitorswillresultinfinesand/orejectionfromtheamenityareas.• Scooters, skateboards, roller blades/shoes or bikes prohibited. NO PETS allowed.• Trash from parties or picnics must be disposed of at HOME trash receptacles. Pool and park receptacles are limited to typical daily use.• The HOA is not responsible for accidents in or around the pool/park area, or lost/stolen items.• Card key holders and their guests must follow instructions of the monitor on duty.•Usingtheemergencyequipmentinanon-emergencysituationwillresultinfinesand/orlossof amenity privileges.Note: Pool monitors do not have access to records and are prohibited from granting entry. Goodwin Management should be contacted concerning card keys and pool rules. Members/guests violating the above rules are subject to fines and/or family suspension of amenity privileges.
