Who We Are The Community Skills Initiative is the social educational arm of C.P.D.M.S. Ltd founded to bring education and assistance to those who need it. Designed to teach employability and foundation skills to those wishing to re-enter the workforce and vocational skills to all others, The Community Skills Initiative helps to divert people away from criminal activity or to rehabil-itate those who have offended and are willing to re-enter society in a productive way. The Community Skills Initiative is based in Ashton-
Under-Lyne and brings its vast resources to bear on a
national scale with regional and local focus.
Teacher Training Using your skills and knowledge to teach the next
generation of workers can be fulfilling and reward-
ing both for you and the learner. It also ensures
best practices and skills learnt in the workplace are
passed on.

Each year millions of people are either hurt or killed
by an injury or illness. This could be the result of an
everyday illness such as asthma, angina and heart
attacks, or even conflict involving physical assault.
You could even be dealing with multiple casualties
as the result of a large scale or natural disas-
ter. Would you know how to prioritize your casual-
ties?
