Designed to teach employability and foundation skills to those wishing to re-enter the workforce and vocational skills to all others, The Community Skills Initiative helps to divert people away from criminal activity or to rehabil-itate those who have offended and are willing to re-enter society in a productive way. national scale with regional and local focus.
