MONDAY NIGHT BIBLE STUDYThere will be no bible study meeting on Sept. 16, in support of the God Cares golf tournament.

INNSBROOK MOTOR CLUB: WINERY OUTING & CAR SHOW Our next event is September 21, with a country drive and fall lunch outing to Lake Creek Winery in Marthasville. This event is sponsored by Innsbrook Motor Club, but all are welcome – you don’t have to be a motor club member. We will leave from the Commons at 11 a.m., then caravan for a 20-minute drive to the winery, which serves a full lunch menu, from burgers to salads to pork tenderloin – plus some great wines, of course! Enjoy amazing views, both from indoors or on the patio. Restaurant guests get free admission to the Daniel Boone home grounds (grounds only, not the home itself) next door to the winery, and the Daniel Boone monument and burial site are also nearby. Motor Club members promise not to bore you with details of their latest car project! RSVP text to Jay Lutz at 317.473.2124 so we can give the owners an approximate head count. Check out the winery at www.lakecreekwinery.com/photo-gallery/

PICKLEBALL OPEN PLAY Pickleball open play times are typically Saturdays at 9 a.m. and Sundays at noon. The pickleball courts will be unavailable for play October 5-6, as the Innsbrook Pickleball Club is hosting the 4th Annual Innsbrook Round Robin Tournament. There will be over 150 players competing from both Illinois and Missouri each day!

U.S. CENSUS CANVASSERS THIS FALL AT INNSBROOKCensus-takers will be onsite at Innsbrook this fall to verify addresses and invite residents to take part in the 2020 U.S. Census. Everyone living in the United States is required by law to be counted in the 2020 Census. These canvassers are not solicitors, which are typically prohibited here at Innsbrook. Rather, the Census-takers help ensure an accurate count by verifying addresses and noting where residences are located. Canvassers will attempt to knock on every door in the neighborhood, whether homes are primary residences, or vacation properties. By April 1, all homes will receive an invitation to participate in the 2020 Census. If Innsbrook is not your primary residence, simply let the canvasser know that you have two homes. The best way to avoid a follow-up visit from a Census-taker is to fill out the 2020 Census questionnaire online, by phone, or by mail as soon as you receive your invitation to participate. For more info, visit https://2020census.gov/.
