Ensure that you have room to move and reposition yourself if you become stiff or restless. Slide 2 In the Beginning Sit in a confident & comfortable position to avoid negative body language habits. Keep your hands rested in your lap, your head raised showing an expression of interest, and relax your shoulders without slumping into the seat.
