COMMUNICATION 1Comparison of film trailers - advertising (1000 words)This task explores the relationship between context, purpose, audience, form and language in film trailers. The film trailer is a form of advertising where audiences are persuaded to view
the film, based on their emotional responses. The elements of characters, actors, settings, storyline and music are used to varying degrees to create a sense of anticipation. In this task students will compare two film trailers and comment on their effectiveness.
