RESOLUTIONI. RenewalofAdministrativeProceedings Dueto the imminent landfallofHurricaneMaría inPuertoRico,onSeptember18,2017,thePuertoRicoEnergyCommission(“Commission”)issuedaResolutiontemporarilysuspending, effective September 19, 2017, all administrative proceedings before the

Commission and any term for a party to appear before the Commission or file anycorrespondingpleading,motionordocument.1
InlightoftheextentofthedamagescausedbyHurricaneMaría,onOctober5,2017,theCommissionissuedaResolutionthroughwhichitstayedalladministrativeproceedings(including applicable terms) until either the Governor of Puerto Rico, Hon. Ricardo A.Rosselló Nevares, declared that a state of emergency is no longer in effect or until theCommissionwasabletorenewitsoperationswithsufficientnormalcytocontinuewithitsproceedings.2
Through thisResolution, theCommissionherebyNOTIFIES that itwill resume itsadministrative proceedings on November 6, 2017. On that date, the temporary filinginstructionscontainedintheCommission’sOctober5,2017Resolutionshallnolongerbeineffect. Parties shall ensure the filing of all documents, pleadings and motions is madepursuanttoRegulation85433andtheproceduresestablishedintheCommission’sFebruary19,2015Order,asfurtheramendedbyOrderissuedonOctober7,2016.4
UnlessotherwiseorderedbytheCommission,anytermforthefilingofdocuments,motions,pleadingsoranyotherinformationorforanypartytotakeanyactioninrelationtoanyproceedingscheduledtoexpireonorafterSeptember19,2017shallbeextendedforthesameamountoftimeleftforittoexpireatthetimeofitssuspension,beginningonNovember6, 2017 (i.e. if on September 19, 2017 a party had ten days to file a document in anyproceeding, that party will have ten days, beginning on November 6, 2017, to file saiddocument.)TheCommissionwill issuespecificinstructionsoneachproceedingregardingthereschedulingofhearings. Any request for an additional extension of time to file any document, motion orpleadingdue on or after September 19, 2017 andwhichhas been extended as providedherein,mustbefiledpriortothedateinwhichthetermforfilingsaiddocument,motionorpleading is scheduled to expire andmust provide the specific reasons which justify theCommissiongrantingsuchrelief.II. PREPA’sSpecificRequests OnOctober23,2017, thePuertoRicoElectricPowerAuthority (“PREPA”) filedanUrgent Omnibus Motion for Extension of Due Dates for All Upcoming Submission, Filing,Conferences,andHearingsInvolvingPREPA(“PREPA’sMotion”).ThroughitsMotion,PREPA
