Resolved, tha t the rules of the last Council be and the same are hereby adopted as the rules of th is council.

Resolved, that the president appoint a special traffic committee of three "members and also a special budget committee of seven members which will consist of one alderman from each ward, said committees to serve during the ensuing year.
