income / pension of £18,000 gross or less

1 Schemes may not start immediately as it can take a few weeks to set up and as funding for each scheme is limited, schemes will only run whilst funds are still available. Therefore some schemes may be closed to further applications before the end of March 2014. Please contact the Scheme Manager, using the contact details specified, to clarify the availability of grants and further details about the individual schemes.2 Priority schemes, both whole house and individual measures, are aimed at low-income households. Each of the priority schemes has its own set of vulnerability criteria/income thresholds to identify qualifying households. In general, NISEP schemes are targeted at households who do not qualify for assistance from the Warm Homes Scheme or Warm Home Plus.
