The Leclanché INTEGRATED and FLEXIBLE battery systems are made up of the following:

The battery management system (BMS) is fitted within the INTEGRATED pack and is enclosed within a dedicated separate IP65 enclosure in the FLEXIBLE system.

• Available with 60Ah Leclanché G/NMC high energy cell or 34Ah Leclanché LTO high power cell for ultra-fast charging applications.

• The BMU features multiple cell temperature sensors for maximum safety.

• Installed between each module.• Connected to IP65 enclosure to avoid leakage.• Avoids hotspots and prolongs battery life.

• Comprises of two or three modules.• Combined in one IP65 enclosure on the Leclanché

INTEGRATED pack.• Installed separately in an IP65 enclosure on the Leclanché

Strategic LoadingSwitch from diesel to electrical power for auxiliary power units: tipping, refuse compacting, crane load handling, refrig-erating and many other commercial vehicle and rail oper-ations at port, etc.

Peak Shaving«Shave» off oper-ational load peaks and re-use stored energy. Allow a diesel engine to perform an optimal constant average load. This improves effi-ciency and reduces vehicle’s wear and tear.
