She was one of five agents awarded nationally out of more than 1,100 agents participating. Her efforts helped save local veterans, police officers, firefighters, teachers and nurses over $9 million in housing costs through the HFH program. Her contributions will also benefit homeless veterans as part of the HFH program. Scott is a Licensed Mortgage Professional and Certified Military Specialist. Olive Ave. in Glendale to United Realty MTA of Mesa for $9.9 million. Eric Wichterman and Mike Coover of DTZ in Phoenix represented the seller. The buyer of this 209,182-square-foot midrise office building was self-represented. The property was 79 percent occupied at the time of sale. ICON Builders of Scottsdale sold West 35th Apartments at 15615 N. 35th Ave. in Phoenix to Univest Inc. of Newport Beach, Calif. for $8.82 million. AMPOL LLC of Gilbert sold Williams Landing Apartments at 5850 S. Power Road in Gilbert to Williams Landing LP of Chicago for $4.15 million.Jackie Allen of ORION multifamily investments in Scottsdale brokered the deal for this 72-unit apartment complex.

Carlos O'Briens Scottsdale LLC sold a 8,691-square-foot former Carlos O'Brien Restaurant on a 1.64-acre parcel at 7111 E. Bell Road in Scottsdaleto German Dobson CVS LLC, an entity of CVS/Pharmacy for $3.5 million. The seller was self-represented, and Ed Beeh and Chuck Gibson with SRSrepresented the buyer, who will raze the building to build a pharmacy with a drive thru at the location. CVS/Pharmacy is the retail division of CVS Health,a pharmacy company with 7,800 retail pharmacies and over 900 walk-in medical clinics.

Fenway Properties of San Diego sold Arizona DCS Office at 3310 and 3320 N. 19th Ave. in Phoenix to TH Stratman of Queen Creek for $3.15 million.Eric Wichterman and Mike Coover of DTZ in Phoenix represented the seller, and the buyer of this 27,689 square-foot office building wasself-represented.

Arthur Christiansen sold a 2.3-acre parcel at the southwest corner of 50th Place and Earll Drive in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix to RylandHomes for $2.284 million. The buyer plans to develop nine luxury homes on the property. The sale was brokered by Raymond T. Cashen of CashenRealty Advisors.

Promotions and hires

Tracy Hammer joined VanTrust Real Estate in Phoenix as senior director of development services, supporting projects across the southwest. Hepreviously served as vice president of McShane Construction Co. overseeing the western region. Over 28 years in the construction industry notableprojects included the USAA Campus expansion project, Phellps Dodge Centre, First Solar Manufacturing Plant, NCR Corporate Headquarters (SanDiego) and W.W. Grainer Distribution (Patterson, Calif.).
