Logging in to Commercial Online BankingYoucanlogintoCommercialOnlineBankingusingthelayeredMultifactorAuthenticationsecurityfeatureandsecuretokensissuedbyyourinstitutiontohelppreventunauthorizedpeoplefromaccessingaccountinformation.MultifactorAuthentication(MFA)isusedbyCommercialOnlineBankingforcompliancewiththeFederalFinancialInstitutionsExaminationCouncil(FFIEC)guidelineswhenaccessingaccountinformationelectronically(e.g.InternetBanking).Thechallengerequiresclientstoprovetheiridentityeitherbycorrectlyenteringaone-timepasscodethatissenttotheiremailaddress,orbycorrectlyansweringoneormoreofthechallengequestionsselectedwhentheysetuptheauthenticationsecuritydata.
