MUSCLEGLOSS PRODUCT WARRANTYMuscle Gloss Epoxy Floor Coating warrants our products to be free of manufacturing defects in accord with applicable Muscle Gloss Epoxy Floor Coating quality control procedures. Liability for products proven defective, if any, is limited to replacement of the defective product or the refund of the purchase (price paid) for the defective product as determined by Muscle Gloss Epoxy Floor Coating.

Failure to comply with installation standards will result in a void of warranty coverage. No other warranty or guarantee of any kind is made by Muscle Gloss Epoxy Floor Coating

RETURN POLICYReturns are accepted on stock items minus a 20% restocking charge. Customers will also be responsible for return shipping charges. Products that are returned damaged will not be accepted. Please package return items carefully. All returns must be made within 45 days to receive credit. Pre-authorization is required for all products.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for Muscle Gloss to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes Muscle Gloss to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

To return an item simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Items button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

SHIPPINGWe can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping provider and option you chose.

MUSCLEGLOSS 100% SOLIDS EPOXYMuscleGloss 100% Solids Epoxy is a super-strength coating and sealer solution ready for high-traffic areas in as little as 24 hours.

Unlike solvent-based epoxy, this is a non-VOC, odorless, 100% solids epoxy making it an excellent choice for containment areas—especially when an acid and chemical-resistant coating is required.

Use MuscleGloss epoxy to produce an abrasion-resistant surface that will stand up to acids, alkalis, solvents, and temperature changes while protecting new floors from wear, spills, and damage. This high-gloss solution will not show loss from evaporation and can be applied with a variety of non-slip additives.

MuscleGloss epoxy provides unmatched protection from oils, grease, brake fluids, and general wear & tear while maintaining a stunning, high-gloss appearance.

DAMP FLOOR COATINGDamp Floor Coating can be used to coat & seal any concrete surface and will cure under damp conditions. Damp Floor Coating is 100% solids epoxy coating that is ready for heavy traffic after 24 hours. This low-viscosity surface coating is ideal for marina’s, kitchens and areas that have lots of water contact or moisture issues.

When using as a primer it is recommended to sand the primer for proper long term inter-coat adhesion.

MUSCLECOATMuscleCoat is a 100% solids epoxy coating that can be applied to any vertical surface such as walls and is available in a variety of colors. MuscleCoat has better/longer protection than standard wall paint and is ideal in food processing plants and car washes.

MUSCLEFLECK MuscleFleck additives provide a non-skid finish and offer the application a decorative appeal. These flakes can be easily applied while laying any epoxy mixture. MuscleFleck is available in a variety of colors which can be combined to create any color combination.

Choose a granite color to create a full flake floor with a high-gloss appearance. This requires extra MuscleFleck and clear MuscleGloss 100% Solids Epoxy.

GLASS BEADS Glass Beads provides your floor with an anti-slip epoxy surface that you can add directly into the epoxy mixture. Glass Beads matches the color of your epoxy floor, while creating a texture suited for foot traffic.

NON-SKID GRIP Use Non-Skid Grip to create an anti-slip epoxy textured coating without diminishing the glossy finish of your floor! Non-Skid Grip matches the color of your epoxy and can be added directly to the mixture.

MUSCLELOCKMuscleLock is a metal, cross-linked acrylic co-polymer finish for asphalt tile, vinyl tile, rubber tile, linoleum, terrazzo, wood block and concrete floors. This preventative solution produces a high resistance to marks and abrasions, preserves and protects floor surfaces and brightens colors.

MuscleLock is detergent resistant, non-yellowing and non-streaking. MuscleLock dries to a self-polishing shine in 20–30 minutes

Covers approximately 1,500-2,000 sq. ft. per gallon.

MUSCLESHIELD MuscleShield is a clear, long-lasting, penetrating, waterproofing seal for use on a variety of surfaces including wood, concrete, stucco, brick, block, tile and canvas that increases resistance to mildew, mold, and chemical and salt attack to the surface material. MuscleShield also acts as an anti-graffiti barrier by filling voids in porous surfaces and minimizing the graffiti penetration, thus allowing for the removal with an approved clear and low pressure water spray.

SEALANTS

PROTECT AND SEALProtect and Seal is a quick dry, slip resistant, penetrating sealer that protects concrete and terrazzo floors. Its great against wear, stains, grease and extraneous moisture, prevents efflorescence or blooming, and is highly resistant to scratching, abrasions and impact.

Protect and Seal penetrates deeply into the surface, enabling strong adhesion between the aggregate and cementations material. Protect and Seal dries to an attractive stain gloss.

Coverage is approx. 400 sq. ft. per gallon depending on the surface. 2-3 coats are recommended. Full cure in 5-8 hours.

TWO PART UV TOP COATTwo Part UV Top Coat is a two-component polyester/aliphatic polyurethane floor sealer that exhibits excellent characteristics for abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, flexibility, weathering and UV stability. Use for auto service centers, warehouses, computer rooms, laboratories, aircraft hangars, cafeterias, exterior tanks, indoor or outdoor service and chemical exposure areas.

SEALANTS

MUSCLESTOPMuscleStop is a must use primer for all oil or grease saturated concrete floors prior to applying topcoats. MuscleStop is a two component epoxy amine undercoating to be used in areas where oil and/or grease has become embedded in concrete to the extent that surface cleaning is insufficient to remove it. If untreated, this oil/grease may migrate back to the surface and cause de-lamination of coating, sealers or patching materials.

MUSCLEORANGEMuscleOrange is a unique product with a multiplicity of uses from general purpose cleaning, adhesive and hot melt glue removal, to deodorizing to dissolving grease in drain lines and traps. It is the perfect product for removal of heavy greases or oily films from metal surfaces, and will also remove tar and bitumen from most hard surfaces. Use as a replacement for chlorinated and halogenated solvents.

EXTREME PATCHExtreme Patch is a pigmented, heavy-duty, high-compression strength, floor patch solution for repairing and resurfacing damp, damaged floors. Extreme Patch renews and repairs damaged floors, fill and eliminates damaged expansion joints and anchors machinery.

Extreme Patch easily cures on damp concrete, absorbs vibration shock without cracking and allows for expansion and contraction. This patch solution is suitable for heavy traffic, and yields 15,500 psi compression strength.

Highly resistant to acids, alkalis, solvents and temperature changes. Extreme Patch can be applied at freezing temperature.

Flexible Joint Sealer has excellent flexibility and provides exceptional adhesion. Although chemical resistance, Flexible Joint Sealer is not recommended for all acids.

The material is a semi-clear, unpigmented product packaged in a 300ml x 300ml dual cartridge system with a 1/2″ 30 element static mixing nozzle, and retainer nut.

Flexible Joint Sealer Fast Set is 100% solids with no VOCs, chemical resistant and even flexible when cured.
