Dear Customer Welcome to Edition 6a of our brochure containing our expanded range of LED lamps and fittings together with our range of compact fluorescent lamps.

As a specialist supplier of energy saving lighting products to industry and commerce, we aim to provide quality products at competitive prices to suit a wide range of applications and budgets. This year through close cooperation with our manufacturing partners and review of our logistics, we have been able to lower the prices of many of our products whilst maintaining consistent quality in the range.

Our products continue to be rigorously tested at our overseas and UK facilities and we are pleased to announce that our product guarantee on the LED range is to increase to 3 years as a consequence of our diligent work. Our local stockholding is being increased to meet the additional demand generated by our LED range.

Introduction

The Lighthouse range of LED Corn Lights uses the high efficiency Epistar 3528 chips with lumen outputs in

excess of 100 lms per watt. Each chip is encapsulated on to ventilated aluminium board with positive

airflow cooling on wattages over 60 watts. All lamps now have heat sinks on the aluminium boards and

have heat and surge protected ballasts for added durability. High power factor internal ballasts in E27 or

E40 size caps allow our lamps to be used with Lighthouse Alumstar, Polystar and appropriately ventilated

Lowbay fittings. Alternatively the lamps may be retrofitted into suitable SON or Metal Halide fittings.

The Lighthouse LED Highbay range is designed specifically for industrial warehousing and commercial

applications where high efficiency characteristics are required. Based on branded chips with high power

factor ballasts, each fitting features heat conducting aluminium heat sinks and either 90 degree aluminium

or polycarbonate reflectors with optional bottom covers. A 2m tail is supplied for quick installation The

150 Watt fitting is offered with an optional adjustable microwave sensor which allows part of the fitting to

be switched on when movement is detected in the target area.

The Lighthouse range of LED Floodlights are supplied with a powder coated alloy fitting with up to 3mm

mounting brackets on fittings above 50 watts and stainless steel bolts. Branded chips are used with high

power factor commercial grade ballasts. Our 2015 range is supplied with surge protected ballasts with

automatic current control giving better stability and performance. All floods are IP65 rated and are

supplied in black or grey bodies. Optional photocell and PIRs are available.

The Lighthouse canopy conversion kit houses our energy saving 50, 80 or 100 watt flood lights. This can

be retrospectively fitted into an existing canopy mounting point to create a modern crisp visual appear-

ance. Each fitting should take around 20 minutes to fit using our bespoke fitting tool. This conversion

offers significant annual energy savings.

Based on 8 lights used for 4,000 hours charges at 12p, 17p and 17c. Prices in comparison to 250 w MH/ SON. Assumes standard canopy height 0f 4.4m

Lighthouse Canopy Conversion Kit

The Lighthouse LED Lowbay is specifically designed for industrial warehousing and commercial

applications where high efficiency characteristics are required. Based on the Bridgelux 45mil chip with

high power factor ballast, each fitting features heat conducting aluminium heat sinks with a 120 degree

beam angle. A 2m tail is supplied for quick installation.

The Lighthouse range of LED Down Lights is specifically designed for commercial, retail and office

applications. Based on the Epistar 5730 chip with high power factor ballasts, each fitting features white

powder coated bodies with integrated heat conducting aluminium alloy heat sinks, spring loaded clips and

externally mounted ballasts. Emergency options providing 50% output for 3 hours are available on the

16w and 24w fittings.

The Lighthouse range of LED Panels are supplied edge lit on 2 sides

using the Epistar 2835 chip, and feature aluminium edge frames with

integrated fixing brackets for surface mounted applications. The panels

are also supplied with detachable external drivers with quick

connectors. Emergency options providing 50% output for 3 hours are

available on the 42w fittings.

Based on genuine Epistar chips with high power factor ballasts the wall packs feature black powder coated

bodies with integrated heat conducting aluminium alloy heat sinks and stainless steel screws. Optional

photocells are available. (Rating IP 65)

LED Ceiling Lights

Surface mounted ceiling light is supplied with polycarbonate body and opaque diffuser. The fittings can be

ceiling or wall mounted. (Rating IP 20)

LED Non Corrosive fittings

Supplied with polycarbonate bodies using the Epistar 2835 chips. The fittings come complete with stainless

steel clips in surface mounting or suspension options. (Rating IP 65)

The Lighthouse Lustar Range uses compact fluorescent lamp technology to provide efficient lighting

solutions and is a suitable alternative to Metal Halide and SON lighting.

Our internal ballasted lamps can be retrofitted into existing ventilated fittings by isolating the switch

gear in the fitting and taking the supply directly to the lamp holder.

Alternatively the Lustar Range may be used with our Alumstar and Polystar luminaires specifically

designed for commercial and industrial applications.

The lamps offer a range of benefits including instant start and restart, and can be used in a variety of

applications including warehousing, production, workshops, retails, commercial and leisure environments.
