Excerpts from trainees’ comments:
WHAT DID GOD DO IN YOUR LIFE DURING THE NRMC?• I was challenged to spiritually lead my family.• Sometimes I want to give up the ministry in the face of difficulties
and problems. God spoke to me through this NRMC to press onas a soldier of Christ.
• God showed me areas of manhood that will allow me be a better father to my son and shepherd to my flock.
• I feel empowered and restored to do ministry better.• I’ve been encouraged and motivated to get my authentic swing back.• He stirred my heart – softened it.• I now realize that I have a lot of work to do with my own boys and the
Ranger boys in my patrol.
WHAT WILL YOU DO DIFFERENTLY SINCE NRMC? • I want to balance my family life with that of the ministry and work.• Treat my wife with more respect.• I will take more time to laugh with my Rangers.• I will intensify follow-ups, so that no Ranger is left behind.• I would change the way I interact with my team members.
OTHER NRMC FEEDBACK:• Very much appreciated the advice and new info to use in our country.• The only real complaint I have, is that the coffee was out of a tin and not freshly brewed.
The rest was WOW!• Team-work spirit was awesome.• The camp was awesome. It completely changed me. It was well presented for a camp
that was done for the first time.
