It’s not too early to start thinking about how you’re going to pay for college. Although ASU offers a reasonable tuition rate, we’re not going to sugarcoat it: college can be expensive. Your best plan is to apply for as much financial aid as possible. Even if you don’t think you’re eligible for aid, apply anyway — you’ll probably be surprised.

Successfully complete ASU’s competency requirements:
4 years math (algebra I, geometry, algebra II and one course requiring algebra II as a prerequisite)
4 years English (composition/literature-based)
3 years lab sciences (1 year each from any of the following areas are accepted: biology, chemistry, earth science, integrated sciences and physics)
2 years social sciences (including 1 year American history)
2 years same second language
1 year fine arts or career and technical education

Global Freshman Academy Get ahead by taking freshman-year college courses from ASU faculty while you’re in high school, 100 percent online. GFA allows you to earn ASU academic credit at your pace and price, while gaining knowledge and understanding of college-level course work. You’ll start freshman year way ahead of the game (maybe as a sophomore)!
