How to Campaign

• You have to Ask People to Participate–There is no substitute for the direct

person-to-person ask - It Works!–Use a Kick-Off Event to ask people in a

large group–Always follow-up promptly

How to Campaign

• Get help in asking people – Use KEY WORKERS (KW) ~30:1 Ratio

• Plan your CFC start and stop dates• Hold a Kick-Off event (if appropriate)• Use your trained KW’s to ask everyone to

consider giving• Follow up in a reasonable amount of time• Collect pledges• Thank everyone for their time and

consideration.

How to Campaign

• Ask leaders to give first and then have them encourage shipmates to participate along with them

• Answer questions about CFC giving• Keep the Campaign focused over a

short time period and be as efficient as you can in the process

Separate the blue payroll copies, place in blue payroll envelope, and deliver to the appropriate payroll office

3. First time donors click to register. Returning donors simply log in and pledge.
