l School Code: It is a Special and different code for each school allotted by the society for identifying a particular school without any hassle from numerous participating schools. In case you cannot �ind the code, leave the same blank. The relevant department will allot a code and inform you of the same after receipt of your form at our end.
l Name of the School: Please provide us with your correct school name as the same will re�lect on each certi�icate and to be used for all future correspondence.
l External Examination In-charge: External Examination In-charge is the person with authority to look after all external examinations representing a school.
l ISSO School Co-ordinator: It is the person in-charge from a particular school to represent the school in ISSO.
l Supporting Teacher’s Names: Please write the names of the teachers who are supporting or assisting the school co-ordinator of ISSO in any manner as the society will issue certi�icates as a token of it’s appreciation, to help accomplish its mission to up-lift the academic level of school students.
l Registration Fee for Indian and Foreign Schools: A registration fee of `120/-/USD$6/- per participant is to be collected by the school. The school should retain `25/-/USD$2/- per participating student towards its expenses against invigilator’s honorarium, DD Charges, Postal Charges, Photo Copy etc. and remit @ ̀ 95/-/USD$4/- through demand draft in favor of competition promotion society, payable at New Delhi.
l Your Choice of Olympiad Date: Two dates have been scheduled by the society to accommodate all schools whether national or international, owing to various inevitable reasons.
l Deadline of Registration: School may go for any of the scheduled Olympiad dates pertaining to ISSO and the deadlines will be either respectively.05 November, 2015 or 25 November, 2015
How the school registration form is to be �illed:
l Use capital letters only for �illing school registration form.
l Every document should be sent through the self-addressed envelop provided by the society or use the address of the society on any other envelope and send.
l Any cash transaction in any respect(not even with our representative) will not be accepted and will lead to deem the registration null and void.
l It is imperative that demand draft be prepared in favor of Competition Promotion Society, payable at New Delhi and ensure that it is drawn without any mistakes in the name.
l Take xerox copies of all the documents including DD and keep in your safe custody up to the day the result is declared.
