GREEN HYDROLYZER system that converts any internal combustion engines to “environment-friendly” engines. Its production line is located in Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan.

The team started its R & D in 2008. The R & D team successfully harnessed Hydrogen by converting electricity into chemical energy by splitting water into hydrogen and oxygen. The firstprototype was invented towards the end of 2008.

Why Hydrogen

Energy content per kilogram of hydrogen is three times larger than that of fuel. However, energy content per volume is low, due to low density of i t s gaseous state. Hydrogen gas in this device is generated through the process of electrolysis of pure water. Combustion is needed to start an engine, and the Hydrogen that is infused into the combustion chamber has 2 1/2 times more combustion power than petrol thereby generating less heat. The end product of the combustion of hydrogen is pure water.

Hydrogen is the lightest and most abundant of all elements. About 90 % of all atoms in the universe are hydrogen. In normal temperatures, hydrogen is a colourless and odourless flammable gas. Hydrogen makes an emission-less fuel cycle possible. If Hydrogen is produced from water by electrolysis using electricity from clean sources, there will be no emissions of greenhouse or toxic gases.

Running a vehicle from Hydrogen On Demand (HOD) has become popular today due to increased interest in "green" alternatives, unstable petroleum market and unpredictable changes in market conditions. Humanity's reliance on fossil fuels as energy sources are gradually wrecking the ozone layer that protects the world from the UV-rays of the sun.

Hydrogen is by far the most viable replacement for fossil-fuels.

The Research and Development team made a remarkable breakthrough in harnessing Hydrogen from water by using a very small amount (0.5amps) of DC current.

The first GREEN HYDROLYZER prototype was invented and testing was on-going. The challenges faced were stabilizing and consistency of the HYDROLYZER.

The GREEN HYDROLYZER was tested on various vehicles in Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Thailand, Africa and Australia and the data obtained was recorded and analyzed.

The Research and Development Team improved on the reliability and sustainability of the GREEN

HYDROLYZER and conducted further tests on various engines and vehicles in Malaysia. It was back to the drawing board for the Research and Development team and subsequently a second generation GREEN HYDROLYZER was invented for the petrol model but with a new face -lift. The GREEN HYDROLYZER team committed itself in helping the world to curb global warming. The Research and Development team went to work to cater for bigger and higher capacity engines since the biggest air polluters are the industries and big hauliers.

The first GREEN HYDROLYZER for diesel engine was invented and installed in a Scania 40 tonnage Turbo –Charger prime mover and a 3 tonnage non-turbo diesel truck. These vehicles were tested and monitored for 6 months.

The GREEN HYDROLYZER team invented a 12VDC Model GS05 air-pump to cater for diesel engines without turbo- chargers.

A collaboration with textile manufacturers in Trichy, India was carried out to conduct tests on 125/250kva Power Generators. The GREEN HYDROLYZER was installed in a Volvo Model FL-10 Prime Mover and was monitored by a GPS System.

GHF invented 2 machines: Hydrogen and Water based Carbon Detox Machines to resolve the carbon built- up in all vehicles.

GREEN HYDROLYZER was tested and approved by SIRIM.

GREEN HYDROLYZER was tested under extreme conditions and currently, GHF is proud to announce that the company has 4 different models with their patents pending.

GHF was granted a Product Liability Coverage of RM 1, 000,000.00 by Great Eastern Assurance, Malaysia.

GREEN HYDROLYZER was tested and certified by ALAM SEKITAR MALAYSIA for emission tests conducted on a petrol and diesel vehicles. GHF’s Research and Development Team has incorporated misting technology for all GREEN

HYDROLYZER, after years of dedicated and concerted efforts in trying to find ways to stabilize current and the atomization of water clusters. This significant technology works particularly well for diesel engines which have high operating temperatures.

Mr. Harjeet Singh A/L Sardara Singh is a Partner of Messrs P.S. Sohanpal & Sidhu. He obtained his LLB( Hons) from the University of Buckingham, England and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in 1986, Barrister-At-Law at Lincoln's Inn, London, England in 1987. Mr. Harjeet served as a Senior Legal Assistant at M/S Shearn Delamore & Co. before becoming a partner in Messrs P.S. Sohanpal & Sidhu. He has a broad legal background in both corporate and commercial law. He has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Rahman Hydraulic Tin Bhd since May 20, 2002 and served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Kamdar Group (M) Bhd from January 12, 2009 until May 18, 2011.

Dato’ Seri Dr. Rashid, a Johore statesman, is a dynamic and results oriented leader with a very strong record of turning around high paced organisations. He has contributed his expertise to organisations like MRM and DTC Malaysia and his skills and valuable input have veered organisations to greater levels of success. In fact, he is renowned for motivating staff to peak performances.

Dato’ Seri Dr. Rashid’s excellent interpersonal skills, developed while serving as a Colonel in the Royal Malaysian Air Force, enables him to resolve multiple and complex issues relating to Sales, Human Resources, Legal, Financial and Operational aspects of running a corporation effectively.

Dato’ Seri Dr. Rashid’s has developed many products and services throughout his career. Mr. Ashok recently conducted an extreme road test with Angkatan Tentera Malaysia on the Biofuel Conditioner for their diesel trucks. His flair in developing green products can be seen in many of his products such as the development of an Ionic Purifying bulb. His research work on the GREEN HYDROLYZER system has proved to be useful in perfecting the system and making it more environment friendly.

Deepak provides leadership and vision for advancing all aspects of development strategies. He is responsible for the design, configuration, and testing for the system. In addition, he provides access to advanced technical expertise, user support and advice to the technical teams involved.

En. Abd. Razak bin Abd. Karim is very experience and has served at different management levels in various companies. He has 30 years of experience in Business Management and has excellent marketing, consulting and product management skills and has worked in collaboration with an international team of distributors. Mr. Abd. Razak bin Abd. Karim is responsible for the entire marketing department and supervises the work of various marketing managers and supervisors. He also monitors and analyzes the potential and scope of various markets both domestic and international.

Mr. Deepak Kaulsay is a seasoned professional who has more than 14 years of experience in technical computing and scientific product development. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Old Dominion University (Virginia, USA) and his Masters in Business Administration in Metropolitan State University (Minnesota, USA). Prior to joining GREEN HYDRO FUEL SDN. BHD, he worked in Fortune 500 companies such as EDS, Bechtel and Dow Chemical.
