Dear Valued Customer:

Solving other people's problems can be a ticket to success; and offering

such solutions is one reason Utter Power Plant & Earthwork Services has

prospered. In this issue, Doug Utter discusses how the company has

expanded by concentrating on problems unique to power plants. With

customers who demand 24/7 availability, Utter is sold on the reliability of

Komatsu equipment.Columbus Equipment Company also strives to provide solutions to meet our

own customers’ ever-expanding needs, and often this involves new product

lines. As 2011 starts, we're happy to provide customers with three new

manufacturer options.

Columbus Equipment is now your dealership for Dynapac, one of the most

respected names in paving and compaction equipment. Several customers

have already demoed Dynapac's newest paver, designed especially for the

American market. They were good enough to share their experiences in this

issue of Connection. Our highly-experienced personnel are trained and ready

to support Dynapac equipment with the level of service you have come to

expect.

We are also now carrying Morbark's line of tree care products—brushchippers and stump grinders. Finally, customers in many industries will be

interested in the Morooka line of rubber track carriers we are now handling.

Please let us know if we can help solve any of your business problems.

We're always here to assist.

Sincerely,

Tom StivisonPresident

Innovative Solutions

TO POWER INDUSTRY GROWING PAINS

PPower generation is the ultimate 24/7 industry. “It goes

on 24/7 every day of the year; there are no holidays or

sick days,” notes Doug Utter, president of Utter Power

Plant & Earthwork Services. And if power plants work

24/7, the companies that serve them, like Utter, have to

be available on the same schedule.

But availability and dependability are only part of the

reason the company has grown and expanded its cus-

tomer base for the past 15 years. A willingness to seek

out solutions to other people's problems has been a

major growth factor.

Doug Utter, who had worked as a supervisor for a

company that provided similar services in Pennsylvania,

started the company with his brother Dwayne. “I'd had

enough of working for others and decided to try it on my

own,” he said.

The company's first cus-

tomer was Cincinnati Gas and

Electric. “We did maintenance

on power plants—laying

pipes, building scaffolding,

you name it, we started out

doing it,” Utter recalled.

“We were there as a glorifiedmaintenance unit.”

But the company quickly

added other roles and other

divisions. “As a customer had

a problem, the customer

would come to us and we

figured out how to solve it.

Basically it started out that as

a plant developed needs that

nobody else catered to, the

plant would come to us and

we figured out how to make it

work. That opened the door forus to offer the solution to other

customers down the line,”

Utter said.

The list of services the company offers to power plants

now is quite extensive, and some of it is quite special-

ized. These include ash processing for the never-ending

stream of fly-ash waste produced by coal-powered power

plants, from taking the ash through the dewatering

process to building and maintaining the landfills where

the waste material often ends up. The dredging division

dredges rivers and ash ponds. Another division operates

and maintains coal yards, from unloading barges to feed-

ing the coal to keep a plant running. One division offers

facility maintenance, from light carpentry to erecting

high-reach, tube-and-clamp scaffolding; other divisions

perform road construction, heavy-load hauling, and

maintenance of heavy-duty rolling stock.

About 80 percent of Utter's business involves power

plants. The company is a contractor for various public

utility companies in the power generating industry. While

it works mostly in the Ohio Valley and northern Ohio,

Utter has worked all over the eastern half of the United

States, going as far as Texas. The company's other work

includes building landfills and hauling sewer sludge for

municipalities.

All these endeavors are strictly regulated on both the

state and federal level. “The way the EPA is coming

down on power plants, it's only going to get bigger,”

Utter said. “We maintain and operate landfills and such

to keep them, and the power companies, in compliance

with the regulations of the state and EPA.”

In fact, Utter foresees a growth spurt due to increased

environmental regulations on the power industry and

landfills and ash ponds. “With that comes even more

equipment and more manpower,” he noted.

Utter Power Plant Services has been a customer of

Columbus Equipment Company and Komatsu “since day

“Komtrax has been a big plus for us in stoppinglittle problems ... It has saved us a tremendous

amount, both in cost and in trouble.”Doug Utter; President, Utter Power Plant & Earthwork Services

Komatsu PC228USLC-8 Hydraulic Excavator

COMPACT, COST-EFFICIENT … CAPABLE

Komatsu D65-16 Crawler-DozerHIGH-PERFORMANCE DOZING VERSATILITY

Do more while using less fuel—that's the idea behind Komatsu's new short-tail-swing-radius excavator. The

PC228USLC-8 also offers hydraulic system enhancements, better lift capacity and stability, and a more comfortable

operator environment.

With its compact tail and shorter swing radius,

this excavator is an excellent choice for jobs in con-

fined areas, including road and bridgework, as well

as jobs in urban locations. The cab is rounded,

allowing it to swing within the same turning radius

as the counterweight, increasing versatility in tight

working conditions.

Komatsu enhanced the hydraulic system on this

model to increase efficiency and lower fuel con-sumption. Variable speed matching optimizes the

performance of both the Tier 3-certified engine and

the hydraulic system.

The operator can choose from five working

modes and a Power Max control, in order to match

engine speed, pump flow and system pressure to the

needs of the job. With Breaker and Attachment

modes, hydraulic flow can also be adjusted based on

working attachments.

Komatsu's new D65-16 crawler-dozers come in three models with two blade options, allowing contractors to

customize the machine for their specific applications.

The Tier-3-certified D65-16 is designed primarily for heavy dozing and finishing operations. For unsurpassed

dozing performance and higher production, buyers

can choose the Sigmadozer blade, engineered to

increase soil-holding capacity while reducing side-

way spillage, versus the conventional semi-U blade.

The new Komatsu six-way Power Angle Tilt

blade is also available, turning the D65 into abalanced and agile tractor for light to medium

dozing operations. Equipped with the PAT blade,

the machine performs the precise grade cutting

needed for site preparation, golf course and house

pad applications.

The dozer comes in a standard, low-ground-

pressure and wide-track models, so customers can

select the flotation and weight distribution options

that best match their applications.

(Note: the Sigmadozer blade is not available on

low-ground-pressure models.)

Columbus Equipment Company

EXPANDS MORBARK PRODUCT OFFERING

C Columbus Equipment Company is pleased to

announce the addition of Morbark's line of tree care

products, including a range of hand-fed chippers and

stump grinders.

Morbark's durable tree care products feature the

sturdy fabrication and superior hydraulics required by

professionals. The company is an industry innovator,

having invented both the hydraulic disc-feed brush

chipper and the drum-style hydraulic brush chipper,

said Mark Rau, Morbark regional sales manager.

Chippers are available to handle all needs, from a

27-hp unit with a 6-inch capacity up to a 350-hp unit

with a 20-inch capacity. Stump grinders range from35 hp to 99 hp.

“In Morbark, we represent a solid product in the

market,” said Jason Crain, compact equipment sales

manager for Columbus Equipment. “While some of

these products are used by larger operations who use

Morbark industrial products, the tree care products

will meet the needs of a much larger customer base,

including tree-care services, cities and townships,

power-line maintenance crews, the landscape indus-

try, and rental houses.”

Columbus Equipment is exhibiting the equipment

at industry trade shows this spring and has already

heard good feedback. “Those who already own

Morbark equipment really like the equipment and

want a solid dealer they can count on for support.

They are excited Columbus Equipment is taking on

the line,” Crain said.

The dealership stands behind the equipment with

technicians who are specifically trained on Morbark

products, and a statewide network of branches offer-

ing customers access to unrivaled service anywhere

in Ohio.

“One of the strengths of Columbus Equipment is

the philosophy of aligning with proven industry lead-ers. The company is known for representing the very

best. It's to our, and more importantly our customers',

mutual benefit that Columbus Equipment and

Morbark have partnered in the state of Ohio,” Rau

said. “We feel with their solid background in sales

and service, and their locations throughout the state,

they are an ideal fit for us. It means Morbark cus-

tomers will have access to industry-leading products

backed by the best service in the region—a fairly

compelling combination.”

W Warren Drilling Co., founded in 1939 as a drilling

contractor, has been through a variety of changes

over the years, as different family members held

ownership roles. Now, working in the Marcellus shale

play in the Appalachian Basin has brought additional

changes to Warren Drilling, including more emphasis

on providing oil field moving services.

The company got its foot in the door when natural

gas extraction in the Marcellus play was in the early

stages, four or five years ago, said Randy Warren,

who co-owns the company with his siblings, Dan

Warren and Emily Warren Speece. They are the third

generation of Warrens involved in the company, fol-

lowing their grandfather, father and uncle.

But Warren soon found the conventional rigs his

company was used to handling, were much smaller

than the rigs used in the Marcellus. “Most conven-

tional rigs take 12 to 15 loads at the most, and you

can move them in a day or less. But the rigs being

used in the Marcellus play take up to 80 loads to

move—most requiring permits because they are high,

wide or heavy. It takes six or seven days to disassemble

one, move it and reassemble it so they can startworking again,” he explained.

In the past, the Warrens hired out the crane work

required to break down and set up an oil rig, but

about a year ago, they decided to do it themselves. They rented a couple of cranes and purchased one, a

Link-Belt LS218 from Columbus Equipment Company.

“Since it was our first foray into buying a crane, we

talked to various operators in the rig-moving business. I

was the consensus that Link-Belt makes the best crawle

crane,” Warren said. “A real selling point was that

Link-Belt offered the only angled-boom crawler crane,

and that's what we wanted.”

The 100-ton Link-Belt 218 was the best choice for

the kind of work Warren Drilling does. “The 218 is

about the maximum size that is portable enough to

move without taking it completely apart. [The 218

moves in four loads.] If they get much bigger you

have to take it apart too much to move it; if it's much

smaller, it can't do the work. The Link-Belt is a quality

piece of equipment and it's performing very well,”

Warren said.

The mobility of crawler cranes on the jobsite makesthem the preferred tools for moving and placing oil rigs.

That preference was one reason Warren Drilling decid-

ed to purchase the Link-Belt. “The majority of cranes

you hire are truck-mounted hydraulic cranes. Once you

break them down it's hard to move something on the

job. Using crawler cranes was just a much better way for us to

satisfy the people we're working for,” Warren commented.

The pieces Warren Drilling moves are so long and heavy

that a crane has to be positioned at each end; moving one rig

requires four cranes—two where it's being disassembled and

another two where it's being put up. Reliability of cranes,

and the service available for them, is important. Warren

appreciates the good service he gets from Columbus

Equipment. “They're always there to help,” he said.

As a rig-moving contractor, Warren Drilling has worked

for some of the biggest producers in the Marcellus play,

including Range Resources, Chesapeake Energy, ECA and

Trans Energy. Movers are hired on a per-move basis, so

availability is the name of the game.

Getting work as a drilling contractor is harder, Warren

said, because the oil and gas companies like to hire contrac-

tors they know from work out West. “Hopefully, some of the

shale play will move into Ohio, so more Ohio contractors

can benefit from it,” Warren said. With nearly 1,400 wells

drilled in the Pennsylvania portion of the Marcellus in 2010,

indications are the play will produce for at least another

dozen years. The potential for work is self-evident.

Partnering Dynapac's innovation and forward-

thinking designs with the experienced support

staff at Columbus Equipment Company results in

an unbeatable combination. “Columbus

Equipment has been a valued partner for com-

paction and paving equipment customers in the

past, and we bring that experience to the table

today with the Dynapac line—we have a highly-

experienced group of technicians and parts per-

sonnel based on our past associations.

Additionally, the staff has received technical and

parts training from Dynapac, so they are well-

acquainted with the new products,” said Sherman

Marcum, Columbus Equipment Company general

manager for parts and service. “We are fully

invested in the inventory and training, and with our

staff's deep experience with paving, we are ready

to provide Dynapac customers with the unmatched

product support they have come to expect from

this dealership.”

While some Ohio customers might not be

familiar with Dynapac, Bill Nittinger, regional

manager for Dynapac, said: “Dynapac is veryexcited to have Columbus Equipment on board.

Their knowledge of the industry, knowledge of

the product and commitment to their customers

will have a tremendous impact in Ohio. We know

customers are very familiar with Columbus

Equipment, while some have no experience with

Dynapac because we've never had a dealer that

covers the whole state before. Columbus

Equipment covers the entire area. Therefore, cus-

tomers can be supremely confident that, no matter

where they are working around the state, they have

24/7 access to the best support in the territory.”

Dynapac and Columbus Equipment haveworked to ensure all the stores have the parts and

training needed to service new and existing

equipment in Ohio. “With each new paver

Columbus Equipment sells, we provide an uptime

kit of parts for the unit, so the support is there

immediately if the machine goes down,” Nittinger

said. Additionally, Dynapac has supplied

Columbus Equipment with a recommended list of

parts to keep stocked for the existing population

of Dynapac equipment in the state. Dynapac also

be delivered quickly.

Ohio contractors will also benefit from Dynapac's commitment to

providing customers with “lots of tools, not just the equipment itself,”

Nittinger said. That includes providing operator training and seminars

on subjects such as compaction, so customers can get the full value

from their equipment.

“Columbus Equipment and Dynapac have the same philosophywhen it comes to standing behind our equipment,” he added. “This is

a partnership that will create success for both companies and enable

customers to achieve greater production and competitiveness with

innovative, high-performance products.”

PAVING DIVISION

O

Ohio paving contractors who have demoed the new Dynapac F1000T highway-grade

tracked paver have been thoroughly impressed. From high production, to ease of use, they pronounce it one of the best pavers they have ever used.

Dynapac created the 10-foot paver, which is also available in a wheeled version, specifically for the North American market. Components include Sauer pumps,

motors and controllers, Bonfiglioli torque hubs and Carlson screeds. Dynapac chosethese components for their quality and availability throughout the United States as

one way of ensuring maximum uptime for the F1000.

GUS KARVOUNIDESVP of Operations, Karvo Paving Co.

Cuyahoga Falls-based Karvo Paving Co. gave the

ultimate vote of confidence in the new Dynapac

F1000T—the company added it to their fleet.

“It's a stout machine—it's well built with a heavy-

duty welded frame and we expect it to hold up for a

long time,” said Gus Karvounides, vice president of

operations for the paving contractor.

Dynapac designed the paver for ease of use—the

paver doesn't even require daily lubrication—and

those features impressed Karvounides. “It has a lot of

good maintenance features. For example, the access

for filters is at ground level and all in a single panel,

so it's all easy to reach. A removable cover gives full

access to the engine and hydraulic lines. The paver

also has dual fuel tanks, one on either side of the

machine, so we can fuel it on either side of the road. A

lot of times we're not in position to fuel easily, but with

this design we can do it on either side of the road.”The paver's dual swing-out operator stations and

lowest deck height in the industry “make the visibility

really good,” he noted. His operators also like the

steering, which uses a single lever for forward/reverse

control and includes a return-to-center feature.

“It's not an overly complicated machine, which is

good. Everyone wants to overcomplicate stuff, and

this paver is not built that way. In the case of the

F1000, keeping things simple is better,” he said.

Karvounides is also happy to have the combined

backing of Columbus Equipment Company and

Dynapac F1000T Tracked PaveWHAT THE PAVING SPECIALISTS

Dynapac on the new paver. “We've been dealing with

Columbus Equipment for 25 years, they have good guys in

Richfield, and we have a lot of faith that they will come

through. Columbus Equipment has always been a great

paving house and, with Dynapac, we are sure they will con-

tinue to be. Both the dealership and Dynapac have a lot at

stake. They have to prove these are good machines and stand

behind them. I am confident that they will do both.”

AVE TO SAY …

GUS FORTSERASForeman, Delta Asphalt

Delta Asphalt used the machine for three days on a

major city street paving project. “The F1000T was great …

the nicest paver we've ever run,” said Gus Fortseras,

foreman. “In fact, several crew members commented

that a lot of these machines would be sold," he added.

“It was very user friendly and easy to get used to. For a

paver we hadn't used before, we were able to reach full

production immediately. We've tried new pavers in the past

where we had to really go slow for a while for all involved

to get acclimated, but on this Dynapac we could really

move the minute we started on it. We paved at a fast pace

on a machine we weren't used to, and that's really a testa-

ment to this new design,” he said.

Delta Asphalt, based in Tallmadge, has owned previous

Dynapac pavers, and Fortseras was impressed with the

changes he noticed on the F1000T. “Having already owned

a Dynapac machine, we were very aware of Dynapac'srobust construction and exclusive features such as outboard

reversible independent auger and conveyor drives. We

were pleased with the new refinements tailored to the

North American market. Dynapac has successfully intro-

duced a new North American machine while preserving

its European legacy,” added Fortseras.

“The Carlson screed, for example, has been popular in

this market for years, which indicates Dynapac sought out

the best components for the new paver. Another notable

feature is the rubber track undercarriage. A gentle footprint

and improved groundspeed are welcome refinements, on

all of our projects,” Fortseras commented.

“The compact size and excellent visibility of this 10'

highway-class machine make it maneuverable for the type

of projects Delta typically does—city roads and commercia

work. In the end, you have to have production, and this

machine delivers,” Fortseras concluded.

“The F1000T was great …the nicest paverwe’ve ever run.”

ENVIRONMENTAL DIVISION

SSawdust might just be part of Bob Thompson's DNA.

His family was in the sawmill business when he was

growing up, and he went into logging not too long

after graduating high school. Now at an age when

many men are happy to put away the chainsaw, he

continues to log on a small scale, working as a con-

tractor for Glatfelter's paper plant in Chillicothe.

Thompson has been in the logging business for 43

years. Things have changed over that time, he said,

explaining that he named his company Valley

Lumber because “43 years ago, people had a differ-

ent perception of logging. Back then, my insurance

agent told me it would be easier to get insurance if

the company thought I did lumber and logging,

instead of just logging.”

He has certainly done his part to change theperception of the industry for the better during his

career. Thompson is active in the Ohio Forestry

Association, where he serves on the board of directors.

Through the OFA, he has become a certified logger, a

voluntary program that ensures loggers understand best

practices and follow safety procedures. Getting certi-

fied is simply “the right way to go,” he said.

While he runs a small, two-man operation,

Thompson recently invested in a new Barko 495ML

knuckleboom loader. He originally rented the

handler, but, after putting the machine through its

paces, converted to a purchase at the end of 2010.

The trailer-mounted loader offers great productivity

and creature comforts he wouldn't have dreamed of

40 years ago, he noted, including a roomy cab

equipped with automatic heat and air conditioning.

“I looked at other loaders, but I decided on the

Barko because I know the dealer service from

Columbus Equipment Company is the best there is.

They are very professional and accommodating.

Additionally, the Piketon shop is very convenient,

just a few miles away when I'm hauling logs to

Glatfelter,” he said. His previous loader came from a

dealer that pulled out of the state, so he appreciates

Columbus Equipment's solid commitment to serving

all of Ohio.

Thompson has been a Columbus Equipment cus-

tomer since the late 1980s, and he's glad the dealer-

ship is now selling forestry equipment. “Columbus

Equipment has been around for a long time, and I

know they are going to stay here,” he said.

In one of those instances of everything old is new

again, the very first knuckleboom loader Thompsonpurchased, some 40 years ago, was also a Barko

brand. Needless to say, everything about the new

495 is much more advanced than on the old machine

he remembers.

The Barko features a 173-hp engine with a lift

capacity of more than 27,700 pounds. The boom has

a 32-foot horizontal lift and 38-foot vertical lift,

which works well for Thompson's setup. When he's

working in the woods the loader sits stationary, near

the hydraulic saw, and all the trees are brought to

that area, sawed up, stacked, sorted and put onto the truck.

From a maintenance standpoint, the machine is well-designed, with oil

and grease points easy to reach, Thompson noted.

A tree farmer as well as logger, Thompson owns 300 acres of white pine

for the pulp industry and 100 acres of hardwood. He also buys standing

timber from individuals or logs state property. He logs two or three loads a

day, and simply isn't ready to quit. “I don't want to retire and I don't want

F Founded in 1958, Morooka Co., Ltd. is the pioneer of

the rubber crawler. Columbus Equipment Company is

now handling Morooka rubber track carriers for

rental and sale. These versatile machines, with

excellent load capacity and traction, are designed

to take you where other machines can't go.

“We're finding customers use the carrier in many

different scenarios. For example, Morooka productsexcel in wet and muddy conditions, particularly

in forestry, river restoration and/or wetlands

applications,” said Jeff Richards, marketing manager

for Columbus Equipment Company.

The base machine, without a bed, can be pur-

chased from Columbus Equipment, which is then

retrofitted for a variety of applications. The carriers

can be customized by outfitting them with a dump

bed, a digger derrick, field service equipment, trim-

mers, buckets, cranes, welding equipment, flat beds

or drilling equipment.

“Morooka Carriers are unmatched in quality and

performance. Whether used as a general dump carrier

or outfitted for a specialty application, Morooka has

the ability to go where traditional vehicles cannot.

Our new relationship with Columbus Equipment is

exciting because of the excellent reputation

Columbus Equipment has and their superior customer

service. I know Ohio will be well served with the

Columbus Equipment/Morooka partnership” said Ken

Byrd, president of Morooka USA-East.

Morooka carriers come in a range of sizes, from

the compact 300 series with a carrying capacity of

5,500 pounds to the 2200, which can carry more

than 22,000 pounds.

The rubber tracks, jointly developed by Bridgestone

and Morooka, combine the speed and a smooth ride of

tires with the traction provided by a steel track. Rubber

tracks also result in a vehicle with low ground pressure

and high performance movement.

The carrier is equipped with a hydrostatic transmis-

sion that eliminates the need for clutch and gear

controls, making the Morooka highly maneuverable.

The cabin on the bigger models has heat and air

conditioning for operator comfort during long days

on the job. The large windows offer excellent visibility

for safe and efficient operation.

The machines are currently in the Columbus

Equipment rental inventory, ready to take you where

you need to go.

Morooka has the abilityto go where traditional

vehicles cannot.

COLUMBUS

Wishing Old Friends Well …Three employees with a combined 92 years of

experience with Columbus Equipment Company

have retired. Happily, in this case retirement doesn't

mean saying final goodbyes just yet, because both

Bob Gregory and Norb Huner have agreed to facilitate

delivery of top-notch service to customers during

the transition.

Bob Gregory, retiring from sales with the Columbus

branch, joined the company on April 29, 1974. Over

the years, he has called on some of the biggest cus-

tomers in the Columbus area, including Nickolas

Savko & Sons Inc., Conie Construction and Capital

City Crane. He will continue to call on some accounts

going forward, as requested by some of his customers.

Bob is the epitome of a salesman, according to

Dan Connelly, now vice president of Oldcastle and a

former salesman who worked alongside Bob.

Bob can also take some credit for Norb Huner

joining Columbus Equipment. Bob used to call on

American Aggregates, the company Norb worked for.

When he heard that Norb was planning to leave thatcompany, he talked to Bill Early, who jumped at the

chance to hire Norb and called him on a Sunday to

offer him a job.

Norb, retiring as general manager, joined the

company on Jan 23, 1978. He has worn many hats

while working for Columbus Equipment, handling

projects including union contract negotiations, health

insurance, building design for the new branches and

renovation of existing properties.

He'll continue to wear more than one hat as he stays

on board to help with various issues, while colleagues

will assume certain former duties.

Norb was recently inducted into the Ohio Aggregates

and Industrial Minerals Association Hall of Fame this

past November. This is a rare honor for an associate

member. Norb had been an active member of the

Pre-Season Is Abuzz

WITH SHOW AND EXHIBIT ACT

As a 36-year member, Norb Huner (above center)

was recently inducted into the OAIMA Hall of Fame.

organization for 36 years.

Barb Huner has also retired. She joined the company

on Nov. 17, 1986, and worked in various capacities,

including her latest position as human resources manager,

during her career with Columbus Equipment.

CADIZ AND CANTON

And Welcoming The New …Columbus Equipment

recently made personnel

changes at the Cadizand Canton branches

to ensure continued

effective serve in the

combined territory.

Donald Fogle (right) has

joined the company as

service manager for the

Cadiz branch. A Harrison

County native, Don has more than 20 years experience in

the heavy equipment and truck fields.

Fred Trubisky has been named Canton service

coordinator. He will handle service calls and work

directly with the service technicians on assigned workand parts needs.

To provide a smooth transition as Don assumes his

responsibilities, Rick Ferri will continue to handle tasks

such as tool replacement and some technical data

applications for the Cadiz branch.

Dodie Blanchard continues as service writer in Cadiz

and as warranty administrator for both Canton and Cadiz.

Melanie Carpenter will help with the work order process

while continuing to handle administrative duties for the

Cadiz sales and rental departments.

The parts and product support teams of the combined

territory have not changed. Rick Ferri, Al Cope and Ron

Ferri continue as the Cadiz parts team, with Jim Henry

and Larry Ward working the parts department in Canton.

Joel Cramblett and Chris Taylor are the product support

representatives for the Canton/Cadiz territory.

Norb, Barb and Bob have been valued membersof the Columbus Equipment Company management team for many years, and will begreatly missed after their retirement.

All of us here at Columbus Equipment Company  want to wish them, and their families, the very best as they enter this next exciting phase of

their lives.
