Colouring Book Teachers Notes

This resource is designed as a simple alphabet colouring book.

Many of the animals featured can be seen on a visit to the zoo.

Maybe the children could find an ‘animal buddy’ - something

that shares the same start letter as one of their names. Although

we don’t have an animal for every letter at Marwell, hopefully

they will be able to match either their first name or surname. They

could also see if there are any other animals starting with the

same letter – either at the zoo or as part of an IT lesson.
