I created this book after extensive research on the power of the mind and its connection to our body. There is one word that I continue to refer to and that is Imagination. What are we without imagination? A gift we have all inherited yet under utilised by the vast majority of us. Since science is now proving that our thoughts do in fact create the reality we see, I decided to combine words and images to allow our imagi-nations to run wild.

How to use this bookThere are no rules in this colouring book. The key to your own imagination and manifestation of your own reality come from closing your eyes, breathing, and drawing. Whether you think yourself the next great artist like DaVinci or Rembrandt, or you think your abstract shapes would make pretty designs for others to colour, it is your own reality that you are sharing with others. Feel free to add words, images to make the image real for you.

Awakening the imagination is the key to self-gratification. Letting go of your own self-preservation by trying to live in the world that others created stifles that imagination and halts the manifestation of the self. Picking up a pencil or pen and drawing images is the opposite. You can draw what you wish; you can create pages for yourself to colour or to share with others.

The beauty of creating colouring pages is that you do not need to be DaVinci or Rembrandt. You only need to have a thoughts and put it down on paper. There is truly no such thing as a person who cannot draw a picture. Everyone sees their own world differently. Art is nothing more than an image that incites feelings in others. A large-spaced scribble can incite a feeling in a person who is trying to break free of their cubicle world. A great picture of a castle and a knight on a horse may provide an outlet to the woman who is trapped in a boring life.You will see a number of images in this book. Beside each image is a blank page. Think of an intention you want to create. Lets say a family holiday. Color the image in this book and write the story about it as though it has happened. Include intricate details such as the temperature of the weather, the smell of the frangipani flowers, the fresh fruit and vegetables and so on… and really get into the story and feel the joy of experiencing it.I have included an affirmation story that you can read over and over until it becomes a natural thought process. Intention: I AM on my dream vacation Learning To Attract Your Dream Holiday

I have made a firm decision to attract a Dream Holiday. I will use the laws of attraction to make my Dream Holiday come true. By thinking positive thoughts about traveling and how I would get there I am focusing on the laws of attraction. When I dream of the holiday I wish to take and focus on positive thinking about that holiday it becomes associated with the laws of attraction.

The laws of attraction work in a very simple and genuine way. This is not a big complicated method. By staying focused on the Dream Vacation I would like to pursue I am making an affirmation. I have manifested my desire to go on a dream vacation my subconscious is now the principle navigator. With this my inner sub-conscious self has set a natural course to obtain my goal.
