A Pause that Refreshes
This Retreat is all aboutpausing...it is about uslearning to take care of
ourselves...to feel ourfeelings, to know ourneeds, to be able to stateour needs. To learn to bepatient. To relax intomeditation and prayer.
The pace of the weekendwill be SLOOOOW.longbreaks, time to journal,time to PAUSE.
Food: If you choose to bring your
own food, there will be a fridge andmicrowave in the meeting room.
