Finalized the ITA Planning Process for the Community, Task Force, and ITA Provider
Finalized ITA commitment to the community TA for 3 months post ITA workshops

Set up fundraiser registration fee for ITA workshops $25 for all events
Provides incentive for registrants to attend events
Provides money to community to use for FTS activities (e.g., school gardens, school kitchen equipment, etc.)

Voting rules A quorum consists of a simply majority of those attending the
meeting.
Passage of a motion is successful with a simple majority of those attending.
Attendance requirements You must attend 3 of the 4 quarterly task force meetings.
Attendance can be by phone though this should be used only in cases where you have no other choice.
It is important to the functioning of the Task Force to meet in-person as well as to the Task Force mission to learn from and meet community partners around the state.

Terms Three year terms for members, renewable once (total of 6 years
consecutive service) Founding TF members first term ends December 2013
One year officer terms, renewable twice (total of 3 years of consecutive service)
Renewal process Member and officer receives letter from staff requesting reply for
renewal or resignation
Officers Must have served at least one year as a member to be eligible Eligible members will receive a letter from staff inviting application for
officer position Candidates present their case at TF quarterly meeting prior to the end
the calendar year
