The  City  of  Bryan  Exterior  Commercial  Color  Palette  only  applies  to  commercial  

buildings.  All  other  buildings  are  exempt  

Is  your  commercial  structure  a  temporary  building?  

Commercial  structures  that  are  utilized  for  a  temporary  use  of  no  longer  than  6  months  are  exempt  from  the  Exterior  Commercial  

Color  Palette  review.  

Are  you  repainting  the  exterior  of  your  building  facades  or  roof  the  

same  color  it  currently  is?

Maintenance  of  existing  color  on  a  commercial  building  does  not  require  prior  

approval.  

Are  you  painting  your  building  only,  with  no  expansions  to  the  footprint  

of  the  building?  

The  Exterior  Commercial  Color  Palette  applies.    

 Be  advised,  all  colors  are  allowed;  however,  use  of  certain  colors  is  limited  based  on  the  gross  square  footage  of  the  building(s).
