In addition to this form, the College Teaching Certificate application requires a non-refundable $35 application fee, payable by cash or check in the Graduate School office, or online through the Graduate School website. You should attach proof of payment to this application. This three semester 9-credit certificate is designed to equip graduate students with the skills and experience to excel as college-level instructors.
