NEACAC What we do: NEW ENGLAND ASSOCIATION FOR COLLEGE ADMISSION COUNSELING www.neacac.org MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS Support and encourage collaborative relationships and provide professional development opportunities for all Develop ethical and social responsibility within the profession through the establishment and maintenance of high professional standards Advocate for policies that impact the profession at the state, regional and national level Foster development of equal opportunities for, and access to, post-secondary education for all students, utilizing the collective influence and knowledge of the members Membership in NEACAC is based on the academic year from September through August. Membership categories and costs are: n Collegiate institutions within New England: $50 including primary member, $5 per additional member n Secondary schools and school districts within New England: $25 for unlimited staff members n Graduate students: $10 n Associate independent counselors: $70 The New England Association for College Admission Counseling leads, supports and advances the work of counseling, admission and enrollment professionals by promoting ethical responsibility, professional development, and state, regional and national advocacy as they help all students realize their full educational potential, with particular emphasis on the transition to postsecondary education.
