Add Notes - Add free-form notes to the account record to record collection events such as calls, voice messages, correspondence.
View Notes - Notes are a history of billing and collection activity. They are posted by the system, posted as activities, or entered by the collector.
Post Activity - Activities are short-cuts that record collection activity. A note is posted and optionally, a letter is created.
Letters - Letters are automatically filled out with patient and account information. There are several letters included with the software.
