Collections of paper-cardboard and PMD. Multi-unit residential buildings.
Where and when to deposit your paper-cardboard and PMD?
All paper-cardboard and PMD must be deposited: • Inside the designated dustbin area (édicule), if it has storage space for paper-cardboard and PMD. More information may be obtained from your building’s management or the town environmental department: 010 43 62 50 or [email protected]
• On the pavement at the side of the road, where the collection trucks have easy access (the trucks do not collect waste from pedestrianised areas!). This collection point is generally close to the designated dustbin area (édicule) of your building. If deposited on the street, then only after 20:00 the evening before the
collection or before 06:00 on the day of collection. Never deposit paper-cardboard or PMD on a public road except on collection days.
Import remarks:If deposited on the street:
• Deposit your waste at places where it can be easily seen by the waste collectors.
• Should your waste not be collected, contact in BW (the inter-municipal agency responsible for the management of waste in Walloon Brabant) the day after the collection at the latest (0800 49 057 or [email protected]). Any call after that date may not be taken into consideration.
• In the event of road works, deposit your waste in a place that is accessible for the trucks.
• Collections cannot be guaranteed if the roads are inac-cessible because of ice or snow
If deposited inside the designated dustbin area (édicule):
• Please respect the colour codes in the designated area and do not leave any loose waste in the area.
