By ARNOV SETT [[email protected]] I did this project from 13 th February 2014 to 20 th May 2014 in Colleagues Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon (India). During this project I exercised my Project Management Skills, concepts from Fluid Mechanics, Heat transfer, Strength of Materials, Computational Fluid Dynamics and employed my software skill of CATIA, ANSYS and Microsoft Project 2013. The results of this research work were utilized to generate solutions, which would determine the design configurations of the Rotary Kiln and the positions of the cooling fans for the Kiln that has been installed in Cosmos Cement Plant, Nepal in July 2013. The cost of the research work was calculated using PM tool, which amounted to Rs.202,500.
