Hello, My name is Cody Leake and today I will be discussing Collaboration as a productive piece in any group setting. It is important to ensure that all group members are able to work together, even in the face of conflict. There are many different ways that people choose to deal with conflict. In the book Communicating in Groups, There are five different conflict styles that help a group manage conflict.
