Qualifications:
Ability to control machine operation, identify and resolve problems such as unusual sounds or
vibrations in the machinery, and change offsets speeds and worn tooling/inserts.
Proficient knowledge of calculating speeds and feed rates material specific.
Thorough knowledge of set-up and take down down of all NC/CNC, 3rd and 4th axis milling
machines.
Capable to use and build various jigs and fixtures to orient parts into pre-defined positions for

Seasoned inspector, capable of first part and in process inspections using various types of
precision measuring tools, calipers and micrometers, to investigate and resolve problems, as

Capable to efficiently use various types of hand tool and hand held power tools.
Current in the use of mathematics, including practical math, algebra, geometry, trigonometry,
and calculus.

Current in Mastercam X6, X7, and X8.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
