Copper clad immersion heaters provide bath temperatures up to 100C

Easy to operate with a 4-position switch and 3 heat settings

Precision concentric ring steaming baths are designed to gently warm samples, evaporate liquids,and melt solids such as agar. Concentric rings can be removed from inner cover outward toaccommodate various vessel shapes and sizes. Four- and eight-hole models enlarge in 1" incrementsfrom 7/8" at the center, to a maximum opening diameter of 5 and 6 inches, respectively. Copper cladimmersion heaters provide bath temperatures up to 100C, with three variable heat settings.

Maintain bath depth at desired level with adjustable water level regulator. Epoxy polyester-coatedsteel support frame is resistant to corrosion. Stainless steel flanged cabinet top can be installed inthe benchtop providing a permanent working station. Baths must be hard-wired to the electricalsystem by a qualified electrician.

The Advanced (AC) series of SAHARA baths includes all of theStandard (SC) controller features as listed on page 14, plus athree-speed force/suction pump for turbulence control. Selectpredefined temperature fluids with automatic set of high andlow limits. All of these AC controllers feature eight languages (English,German, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Russian, andJapanese). For safety, units have an early-warning alert for

This circulating bath is designed specifically for fecal coliformcontamination testing, which is an indicator of E. colimicroorganismsand other pathogens. Bath is preset at a temperature of 44.5C tocomply with the EPA Total Coliform Rule (TCR) requirement.

Lab-friendly circulating bath features the digital controller as shown

on page 9 for the PolyScience immersion circulators. This highlyintuitive, easy-to-use controller makes it simple to set commonlyused coliform test temperatures, such as 44.5C, 45.5C, 41.5C, and35.0C, or other temperatures from ambient +10 to 135C. Bath andset point temperatures are simultaneously displayed on a large218" x 3" (5.4 x 7.6 cm) LCD.

For operational convenience, this bath is equipped with a tilting,see-through polycarbonate cover which drains back into the bathwhen opened. The lid is gabled to allow for taller vessels. An integralone-speed (simplex) pump can be used to circulate the bath liquid toother instruments using a closed-loop configuration. For added safetyand durability, the bath features a precision molded phenolic topdeck that remains cooler at high temperatures and is easily cleanedand disinfected. A port in the top deck accommodates the optionaltap-water cooling coil. All wetted components are corrosion-resistantstainless steel and high-performance polymer.

Robust refrigeration system with metering control provides fastheat removal and stable temperatures. Industrial-grade circulatingpumps deliver extra pressure providing more efficient heatexchange, better temperature uniformity, and improved reservoiragitation. Added pump pressure provides greater flexibility whereyou place the circulator. Long-life, high-wattage heaters deliverfast fluid heat up for applications requiring rapid fluctuations.High-temperature cutoff and low-level fault protect baths fromadverse events. Standard Digital Controller Bathsare ideal for routine

temperature control. They feature three programmable setpoints, adjustable high-temperature cutoff, user-settable Min/Maxtemperature limits, and an adjustable pump nozzle.

Intuitive controller with bright digital display provides easyoperation and more precise control. The advanced ventilationdesign allows two sides of the bath to be blocked, permittingplacement in a room corner. Refrigeration system providessubstantial energy savings with no loss in performance. Recessedhandles allow for easier movement of the unit. Front drainage portprovides easy fluid release. High-temperature and refrigerationalarms protect your samples and equipment from damage.

Two different controller options allow you the flexibility to choosethe right model for your requirements. All controllers have inlet/outlet connectors on back of unit for external loop applications.

Standard 100 Controller (SC 100)features five user-settableprograms for easy recall from 28 to 100C. Two pump speedsallow you to adjust the water flow within the bath to reduceturbulence. Modify your display by choosing from three

languages (English, German, or French), temperature resolutionof 0.1 or 0.01, and temperature display in Celsius, Fahrenheit, orKelvin. Visual and audible alarms alert you to high temperatures.

Standard 150 Controller (SC 150)includes the same features asthe SC 100 controller, plus extended temperature range to 150C,USB port, and analog I/O. In addition, the low liquid level alarmand automatic shutdown in cases of high-temperature, low-level,or motor overload conditions provide another level of protectionfor your samples.
