Candidates for Dropouts
• Create a file of W2s at NCWISE year end transaction (YET 2009)
• Create file on 20 Day• Compare the two files. Students not in both files are
candidates for dropout• LEAs would need to track dropouts for the remainder
of the school year, until 06/30/2010.• This process could allow for monitoring of dropouts
for NCLB.
