y  1t salt + 2t garlic powder + 2.5t sweet paprika + 1t pepper + 1t

onion powder + 1t chili powder + 1t mustard powder + 1 ¼ t dried

15 apples ± stew

Apple Crepe

y  Layer: cracker + Sprite Zero + stewed apple + cinnamon + lemon

zest ± let rest for 30 mins. ± microwave for 1.5 mins.

Cappuccino Cheesecake

y  Crackers + Sprite Zero ± mold at bottom of pan (with oil spray) ±

Ricotta + sweetener + coffee powder ± bake 10 mins 200 deg C.

Sweet Ricotta Cheesecake

y  Blend Fruit + Ricotta ± Bake preheated 180 deg C 20-30 mins ±

serve with cinnamon

CinnApple

y  1 K apples + 500ml water ± pressure cooker 10 mins ± get apple

mash divide in 10 portions, freeze

y  Apple water + 500ml Sprite ± cook 5 mins on high ± fridge

y  To EAT ± defrost and reheat apple mash + Sauce

y  Sauce ± Cracker crumbs + Cinnamon + Nutmeg + Apple Water ±

cook

Garlic Bread

y  Oil spray the crackers + chopped garlic + parsley + salt and Pepper

± griller

Garlic Bread

y  Cheese + 1t garlic + pinch parsley + 1t Mayo ± microwave ± serve

on top of crackers

French Toast

y  Beat egg + soak crackers + fry

y  Sauce ± sweetener + Sprite Zero

y  Heat oven to 190 deg C ± crackers ground + 2g fresh grated ginger

+ cinnamon + nutmeg + sweetener + stewed apple ± shape in

baking paper ± bake 25-30 mins - cool
