Maximize the relevance and value of COE offerings to Cornell students.

Objective 2.1: Improve relevance and enhance marketing of program offerings for Cornell students

COE will provide outstanding training and experiences for COE and Cornell student leaders. Enhancing this unique and core aspect of COE will remain a key priority for the organization.

In order to better serve Cornell students and to accomplish the ambitious goals of the 2012-16 COE Strategic Plan, COE’s staff must be fully engaged, have the tools and resources to do their best, and work in a culture and environment that is fully supportive of their efforts.

Objective 4.1: Reduce administrative load on staff and improve information management systems

Develop a facilities and financial plan to increase accessibility, enhance visibility, and improve the ability to provide excellent programming. This plan will include the development of an enhanced endowment, an improved and institutionalized fund raising pro-cess.
