Challenge
Design an app that helps a new student at school.
Guiding Questions
What’s it like to be a new student?
What are some problems students run into?
What kinds of support already exist?
How have other students adapted? What do other
schools do?
Guiding Activities
Interview a current new student
Look at current research
Reach out to other schools
Find out who in class has been a new student.
