• A tangible enclosure or barrier built as a boundary, for protection, prevents uncontrolled access or concealment

• All fences facing street or adjacent to public way must be in good repair and structurally sound. It should not:

• lean more than 15 degrees

• Have rotted, fire damaged, broken wood supports or cross members

• Have any broken, missing slats

• Have broken, severely bent metal posts or ripped metal fencing

• Have loose brick, stones, rocks, mortars
