The soft- ware will automatically create a weld program based on tube diameter, wall thickness and material type; inputted by the operator. Ensure full code compliance during production welding with traceability and procedure control features. Each weld can be monitored to ensure repeatability and quality, and approved welding parame- ters can be locked in. Built-in data logging system will record voltage, current, travel speed and wire feed rate (if applicable) and generate a report after each weld. The raw data can be exported for quality assurance purposes, and displayed graphically with complimentary software to enable clear process visualization.
